The meetergo Suite, Instagram Automations & Two-Factor Authentication

meetergo is now a suite: a new Home, an app catalog you pick from, and simpler plans. Plus Instagram automations, two-factor authentication and a rebuilt CRM.

meetergo is now a suite

Your dashboard is now built around the apps you actually use. The sidebar shows your selection instead of a fixed menu, and the new All apps catalog lets you add, remove, search and reorder them. Scheduling is still there and still the default, but forms, CRM, Connect, e-signatures, invoicing and the rest now sit alongside it as apps you switch on when you need them. Nothing you had is gone, it just moved into a place you control.

Home is the new landing page. It shows today's agenda, your booking links, what needs attention, and a booking funnel with your real numbers. If you connect a calendar or share a link from Home, that flow now lives there instead of being buried in onboarding.

Plans are simpler too. The lineup is now Free, Light, Suite and Premium, and the separate add-ons for CRM, WhatsApp and Deal Spaces are retired: those features are part of the plans now instead of being bought on top. If you are on an older plan, you keep it. It appears everywhere as its Suite equivalent, so comparisons and upgrade screens finally show you the same names you see on our pricing page. Existing add-on subscriptions keep billing as before. Contact support if you want one cancelled. Light gives you one app of your choice, is now available to teams, and can use the visual booking-page editor.

Instagram: DMs and comment automations

You can now connect Instagram to meetergo. Direct messages land in the same inbox you already use for your other channels, so you answer them next to everything else instead of switching apps.

Comment automations are the bigger part. Pick a post, choose the keyword you want to react to, and meetergo replies to the comment and sends the commenter a DM automatically. The post picker searches your recent media, so you do not have to hunt for the right post by hand.

There is also a Human Agent reply mode for conversations outside Instagram's standard reply window, and an insights view for your account. Setup, automations and insights all got a full redesign this release.

Two-factor authentication and sign-in methods

You can now protect your account with two-factor authentication. Under Profile settings → Security, set up an authenticator app, add passkeys, and generate recovery codes for the case where you lose your device. Any method can be removed again from the same place.

The same panel now also shows how you get into your account: your password and any linked Google or Microsoft accounts. You can link another provider or remove one you no longer use, without contacting support. If you sign in through Google or Microsoft, that provider's own security settings apply to that route, and the panel tells you so rather than leaving you to guess.

Changing your login email is self-service as well, confirmed with a one-time code.

A CRM that handles real pipelines

Booking sync used to create a deal per booking, which left the same person sitting in your pipeline twice with their history split between the two cards. You can now merge duplicate deals: open the one you want to keep, pick the duplicates, and every contact, activity, email, task, note and attachment moves across. Won deals are protected, so closed-won reporting stays intact.

Deals can also be imported from CSV straight into a pipeline, and deal automations got real teeth: a workflow can fire when a deal enters one specific stage and hand it to a new owner automatically. Contact custom fields now show on deals, tasks appear on the contact detail view, and phone numbers can be copied in one click.

Mira, the assistant, is now organised around the daily job rather than a stack of panels: to decide, from leads and history. The current tab lives in the URL, so a reload or a shared link lands where you left off. Mira also appears on the deal page itself, and if you have connected a mailbox, her follow-ups can be sent from your own address so replies come back to you and the message is filed in your Sent folder. Sending is a separate permission you grant explicitly.

All Changes

New Features

  • Digital business cards: A full-screen editor that edits your real public card live, with mobile and desktop previews. Add FAQ, stats, form, review, booking and meeting-type blocks, group them into collections with drag and drop, publish with a draft preview, and share a card that lets visitors exchange contact details both ways. Teams get a company-wide Theme Studio and a shared media library.
  • Email design workbench: Build your transactional emails from blocks (action, button, divider), pick layout presets, adjust typography and spacing, and preview as you go. Templates are stored per language. Paid plans can switch the meetergo footer off.
  • Email sending settings: Connect a mailbox over Custom SMTP or IMAP, or use the dedicated Gmail and Microsoft connectors. Sender status and delivery errors now name the connection they refer to.
  • Analytics rebuild: Revenue, breakdowns and comparisons, plus a new card showing what meetergo booked for you with a source breakdown. Bookings and form submissions now record where the visitor came from (UTM parameters, referrer and source).
  • Workflow conditions with branching: Workflows can branch, and can be set to run only when selected booking-form answers match.
  • Invoicing redesign: Create invoices and credit notes, including directly from a booking.
  • Paid multi-slot bookings: Guests can book and pay for multiple slots in one go.
  • Manual booking guest workflows: Bookings you create by hand now support multiple hosts, correct timezones and the full set of guest notifications.
  • Booking limits across periods: A per-email booking limit can now span multiple time periods.
  • Calendar invite acceptance: A meeting type can ask guests to accept the calendar invite.
  • Connect on Free: Free plans now include 1:1 Connect calls for up to 45 minutes. Breakout rooms are a Suite feature.
  • Whiteboard PDF annotation: Annotate a PDF directly on the Connect whiteboard.
  • E-signature: Signers are emailed a copy of the document they signed, and you can fill in a prepared PDF by hand without sharing it.
  • Manual review collection: Review collection can stay enabled without sending automatic invitations, and the public review list now pages through all reviews.
  • Generators: Create an email signature and a video-call background from within the app.
  • MCP setup: Instructions for connecting AI agents to meetergo now sit where you create your API token.
  • Withdrawal function: The § 356a BGB withdrawal function is available in settings and documented in the Help Center.
  • Google Business Profile: A new onboarding step for connecting your Google Business Profile.

Improvements

  • Smoother motion: Menus, popovers and booking pages open with more responsive animations, and motion is reduced automatically for anyone who prefers less of it.
  • Booking widget sizing: The booking widget sizes itself to its container rather than the viewport, so embeds fit their space.
  • Help Center search: Rebuilt search engine, and the AI assistant now links directly to the help articles its answers are based on.
  • Plan clarity: The Help Center reflects the current plan lineup, and pricing and in-call messaging explain the Free-tier Connect limits.
  • Language settings: Every plan can now choose its default language.
  • WhatsApp: One-click insertion of numbered placeholders in templates, and replies sent from the WhatsApp Business App now appear in the meetergo inbox. WhatsApp Business moved to the Premium tier.
  • Email links: Links keep your company brand colour even when buttons use a separate colour.
  • Phone numbers: Displayed in your account's local format, and copied without separators.
  • Rebuilt surfaces: A new Channels hub plus rebuilt inbox, CRM, routing forms, e-signatures, polls, workflows, video calls, notifications and personal access token screens.
  • Sign-in pages: Confirmation pages pace repeat email requests and show the meetergo favicon, and you can sign in with any Microsoft account.

Fixes

  • Email action buttons: No longer overlap the closing text that follows them.
  • Structured confirmation emails: Preserve all authored details and show recipient-accurate previews.
  • Email branding: Existing designs are preserved until you edit them, saved designs are told apart clearly, and the preview stays visible on tablet-sized screens.
  • SMTP settings: Only the selected provider shows as active, the selected sender is distinguished from saved connections, settings refresh immediately after a provider change, and saved connections stay manageable after a plan change with an accurate upgrade hint.
  • Microsoft 365 sender: The active connection is now reported accurately.
  • Test email limits: Rate limits apply consistently across all servers.
  • Email templates: Shared template conversions keep the correct assignment after saving, and conversion and editing handle complex content more reliably.
  • Instagram: Long post captions no longer hide form actions, automations recover clearly from expired connections and unavailable posts, media and retry states stay correct when accounts change, and messaging stays consistent through disconnect and reconnect.
  • Conversations inbox: Stays available during staggered deployments.
  • Form editor: Dependency selectors consistently show all eligible fields, inherited company logos appear exactly as they do in Preview, and previews no longer show hidden legacy descriptions.
  • Analytics charts: Count active appointments within the selected scheduled date range.
  • Connect calls: Switching browser tabs no longer drops participants, and a microphone that goes silent now recovers.
  • Document resource links: Recover cleanly from picker errors and return focus to the editor.
  • E-signature quotas: Documents no longer count against the general file upload quota, and setup respects the signature features on your plan.
  • Trial copy: Trial confirmation now uses the current Free plan name.
  • Calendar day view: Buckets by the calendar's timezone rather than the browser's.
  • Account deletion: Self-service account deletion now removes the account fully.
