No. meetergo is the digital client front office: appointments, first consultations, client communication, documents and signature. It does not replace your specialist application for case files, deadlines and fee billing, but complements it with everything client-facing.
Is the AES signature sufficient for legal documents?
For powers of attorney, engagement agreements and most client documents, the advanced electronic signature (AES) under eIDAS is the appropriate level. For documents that legally require written form or a qualified signature (QES), check the requirement on a case-by-case basis.
Is the client data confidential and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. meetergo hosts exclusively on European servers, is not subject to the US CLOUD Act, encrypts documents and provides the data processing agreement by default.
