AI assistants can now work directly in your meetergo account, Mira can be set up from your website address alone, and your calendar finally lets you choose what it shows. Plus team meeting types on scheduling pages, invoicing upgrades and a shorter signup.
Your calendar and contacts, inside ChatGPT and Claude

meetergo now runs a hosted endpoint that AI assistants can connect to directly. Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT or Claude things like "when am I free on Thursday afternoon?", "book a 30 minute intro with Anna next week", or "add this lead to my CRM", and it acts in your account. Over 50 actions are available, covering scheduling, availability, contacts, meeting types and your Mira assistant.
Connecting works the same way as any other connector. Add meetergo in ChatGPT or Claude, sign in with your meetergo account, and approve the access. There is no key to copy and no config file to edit. From there a single prompt is enough to get started: ask the assistant to set up your meetergo account and it will walk through the rest. If you are wiring up a script or your own tooling instead, a Personal Access Token still works, and Claude Desktop has a one-click install file that asks for the token as you install it.
Personal Access Tokens used to require Essentials or higher. They are now available on every plan, including trials, so an agent setup keeps working when a trial ends. You can also limit a token to only the actions a specific agent needs, and every change an agent makes is recorded so you can see exactly what it did and when.
Set up Mira from your website, and test it before you launch

Setting up your Mira assistant now starts with your website address. Mira reads your pages and comes back with a proposed setup: how it should introduce itself, which questions it should ask visitors before booking, which meeting type it should book, and a knowledge base built from your own content. Industry presets tailor the qualification questions to your trade, so a workshop and a law firm do not get the same script.
Before you switch the assistant on, you can take it for a test drive. Scripted visitors hold real conversations with your saved-but-not-yet-live widget, and you get back a plain checklist of seven things: does it answer from your website, does it ask before it books, does it book a real slot, does it capture a callback, does it admit it is an AI, does it refuse to invent promises, does it hand over to a human. Checks that do not apply to your setup are skipped rather than counted. Every test conversation runs in preview, so no leads are captured, no bookings are made and no emails go out. You can run it up to four times an hour.
The launch itself now lives on one card on your Home page: assistant, test drive, install snippet and domains, and the live switch, which stays locked until flipping it can actually work. After launch, Knowledge becomes a managed area with search, a health summary, grouped pages, and taught answers kept separate from uploads. Your knowledge base refreshes itself from your website every week. Mira answers in the visitor's own language and shows where each answer came from, WhatsApp is configured alongside every other channel, and a weekly digest summarises what visitors asked about.
Decide what your calendar shows

Your calendar showed meetergo appointments, connected calendar events and blockers all at once, with no way to choose. Three toggles now control each independently, and they apply everywhere: week, day, month, team overlay, single and multi-user views. Hiding a type only changes what you see. Hidden entries still block your availability, so nothing gets double-booked because you tidied up your view.
Appointment cards are configurable too. Choose which rows a card shows, attendee names, meeting type, time, location and booking note, with a live preview beside the settings so you can see the result before you save. Cards always keep a headline: if you hide attendee names, the meeting type moves up to take that spot.
Meeting type colours now appear as a stripe on the left edge of each appointment, in both personal and team views, so you can tell a sales call from a support session at a glance. Calendar buffers also got their own toggle instead of being bundled with other settings.
