Does meetergo replace my applicant tracking system or ATS?
meetergo covers the time-consuming coordination part: interview scheduling, video interviews, candidate pipeline, communication and contract signing. It does not necessarily replace a full ATS with multiposting and a large applicant database, but combines with it.
Is candidate data GDPR-compliant?
Yes. meetergo hosts exclusively on European servers, is not subject to the US CLOUD Act, and provides the data processing agreement by default.
Is the digital signature valid for employment contracts?
meetergo offers the advanced electronic signature (AES) under eIDAS. For employment contracts that do not require a statutory written form, this is the appropriate, legally secure level; in special cases with a written-form requirement, check the requirement on a case-by-case basis.
What does meetergo cost for recruiting?
There is a free plan forever to get started. Suite with all apps except WhatsApp is available from €29.90 per user and month, billed yearly. WhatsApp Business is part of Premium from €49.90. No credit card is needed to try it.
