Spaces Relaunch, Invoicing & More Reliable Calls

Spaces returns as a complete client workspace, with a unified Inbox and Documents. Plus: invoicing in beta and ongoing improvements to Connect.

One Workspace for the Whole Client Relationship

Spaces has been relaunched as one branded portal for the entire client relationship. Give each client a single link for meetings, shared action plans, documents, recaps, updates, and embedded content. Engagement insights show what clients view, while the optional portal assistant answers from the content you have shared.

The new Inbox brings WhatsApp, website chat, and Space conversations into one view. Search across conversations, filter messages assigned to you, add labels and notes, and handle several threads with bulk actions and keyboard navigation.

The new Documents workspace keeps rich documents and spreadsheets close to the conversation. Organize work with nested pages and favorites, compare versions, share protected view-only links, import or export common formats, and work with Mira. Together, Spaces, Inbox, and Documents create one connected place to prepare, share, and follow up on client work.

Ongoing Improvements to Connect Reliability

This release continues the ongoing work to make Connect more reliable across the entire call journey. A new background network check detects company firewalls or proxies that could block a call and gives guests practical guidance before they join, including a network-requirements page they can forward to IT.

Hosts can now see and admit waiting guests from both the lobby and the call. The join flow also supports devices without a camera or microphone, lets hosts return after reloading, and keeps the Join button visible beside the preview on laptops. New troubleshooting guidance is linked directly from the call screens.

From Offers to Paid Invoices

Invoicing is now available in public beta on every plan. Open Invoicing from the sidebar to manage products, prepare offers, turn accepted work into invoices, and keep the commercial side of a client relationship next to the rest of your work in meetergo.

The beta includes recurring invoices, payment links, payment tracking, reminders and dunning, e-invoices, and DATEV export. Offers can also be linked to Spaces, keeping the proposal and the client portal connected.

• Review settings: The dashboard makes it clearer whether reviews are collected for the company or for individual teams.
• Plain-text emails: Images no longer appear as raw URLs, and links use a cleaner, clickable format.
• Connect audio controls: Selected input devices stay pinned, and speakers can be switched more quickly during setup.

Fixes

• Booking-page editing: Meeting types remain editable after a plan downgrade, and changes to affected booking pages can be saved again.
• Questions & Answers variable: In booking confirmation emails, {!M.Guest.QuestionsAndAnswers} now inserts the visible answer text for checkbox, radio, and dropdown questions instead of an internal value.
• Required contact fields: The required setting for standard name and email fields can no longer appear editable without being saved.
• Routing forms: Page-level conditions are visible in the v2 editor again, comma-containing answers are evaluated correctly, and embedded redirects open the intended full page.
• Booking-page layout: Long descriptions stay inside the details panel instead of overlapping the calendar.
• Form signatures: Signature buttons consistently use the form's configured primary color.
• Email workflows: Attachments are included again in emails sent from form, lead, and deal workflows.
• Cancellation templates: Custom edits remain limited to the selected meeting type when a saved template is reused.
• Quick messages: Switching between saved company email templates no longer risks freezing the editor.
• CRM lists: Contacts, companies, and tasks can be scrolled to reach every row.
• CRM notifications: Disconnecting an integration no longer causes repeated sync-failure notifications.
• KlickTipp sync: One rejected mapped field no longer prevents the contact and other valid fields from syncing.
• Zapier subscriptions: Existing webhook subscriptions receive events again.
• Portal creation: A Space can be created from a valid customer domain even when company details cannot be filled automatically.
• Space editor: The image picker stays above the cover settings.
• Team review import: Google reviews import into the selected team and show useful error details when action is required.
• Outlook and Exchange invitations: The sign-in email is no longer listed as an extra required participant when it differs from the connected mailbox.
• Outlook availability: Calendar selections remain intact during temporary Microsoft connection issues.
• Calendar availability: Recent busy times remain available during temporary iCloud or CalDAV read failures.
• Embedded PayPal payments: Checkout leaves the embedded frame when necessary so buyers can complete payment normally.
• Account deletion: Company owners now get clear instructions when team members must be removed first.
• Login: A rare Google or Microsoft sign-in conflict with an existing email no longer causes the login page to crash.
• Page translation: Browser translation no longer risks freezing Connect calls or the rich-text editor.
• Dashboard loading: Updated cache rules prevent a temporary missing file during deployment from leaving the dashboard unable to load.
