Yes. Suite includes every app for one per-user price: scheduling, video, CRM, AI notes, forms, e-signatures, invoicing, client spaces, Docs, team chat, live chat, Mira chat, reviews and polls. WhatsApp Business is included in the Premium plan. Apps we launch later, like Email, are included at no extra cost.

All apps, hosting in Germany, support, updates and a monthly Mira allowance. The only pass-through cost is Meta's per-conversation fee for WhatsApp, billed at cost with no markup.

Anyone on your team who signs in to meetergo. Your customers never count: people who book with you, sign documents or use your client spaces are always free, in unlimited numbers.

A Light seat costs 9.90€ per user. It is a fixed plan with fully unlocked scheduling, unlimited meetergo Connect video calls, HubSpot and Pipedrive sync, up to 3 automated workflows, team chat, client portal access, REST API and webhooks. All 15 apps remain included with starter limits, and meetergo branding stays visible on Light.

Same 15 apps in both. Premium unlocks the team and automation layer on top: round robin and host selection, lead routing and funnels, Salesforce, analytics, auto-filled contracts, unlimited e-signatures, custom domain, a 5x Mira allowance and priority support. The REST API and webhooks are included in every paid plan, not just Premium.

The reduced price applies for 12 months to the users you order at signup. After that, and for any users you add later, the regular price applies. This mirrors how you would expect a launch discount to work: no tricks, the regular price is always shown next to it.

Every app ships with genuinely useful starter limits: more free scheduling than Calendly, a CRM with 10 deals, 3 client spaces, monthly Mira credits and more. We want you to work with the whole platform from day one, not watch a demo of it.

Yes, migration is included on Suite and Premium. Our team and Mira move your booking types, contacts, forms and documents out of your old tools so you are not paying double during the switch.

On servers in Germany, operated by a German company with a DPA that carries real liability. Mira runs exclusively on EU-hosted AI models under the EU AI Act. There is no US parent company.

Every paid seat, from Light up, includes the REST API and webhooks for bookings, contacts, deals and documents, so your internal tools stay in sync automatically. Most competitors gate their API behind enterprise tiers. We do not.

Yes. Video calls with meetergo Connect are included from the Free plan (1:1, up to 45 minutes) and unlimited from Light. Call recordings and breakout rooms are part of Suite.
