Where are my data and conversations processed?

Entirely in the EU. Compute, models, your prompts, your documents, and web search all stay on European infrastructure. There is no US cloud and no CLOUD Act reach, and your chat history stays in your browser.

Which AI models does Mira use?

Open models from Mistral in Paris (including the Magistral reasoning model) and DeepSeek, EU-hosted via melious. Your prompts are never sent to a US AI provider and never used for training.

Can Mira really book meetings?

Yes. Mira uses agentic tools to list meeting types, check availability, and book meetings in the conversation, including the usual confirmations and reminders.

Is Mira GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?

Yes. Mira is built as a European product by meetergo GmbH, hosted in the EU and designed around GDPR and the EU AI Act. You also control exactly what Mira is allowed to access.

Is Mira included in my plan?

Are my inputs stored?

No. Our AI providers Mistral (France) and Melious (Germany) operate with zero data retention: your prompts are processed to generate the response and then not stored and not used for training. Content you deliberately add to your knowledge base is kept as embeddings in an isolated EU vector store, separate from your booking data.
