Mira Answers Your Phone
The AI phone assistant has been one of your most requested features, and it is now available in beta. Unlike standalone voice bots, it needs no integrations. It books into the same calendars as your booking pages and knows the contacts in your CRM from the first call.
Callers talk to Mira like a receptionist. It checks your real availability, offers times and books the appointment. It answers questions from the phone brief and knowledge base you give it, says so when it doesn't know, and notes callback requests. Known callers are greeted by name, and Mira can use their notes, open deals and past meetings during the call.
After each call you receive an email summary, and the call is logged on the contact. To get started, open AI phone assistant, create an assistant, choose a voice and write a greeting, then start a test call in your browser. You can also teach Mira how to pronounce your company name, staff names and special terms.
Premium includes a German local number and monthly minutes for your whole team, and you can forward your existing number to the assistant. On other plans, you can try it for €1 under Apps. Calls run on EU infrastructure by default. The voice picker also offers optional voices generated in the USA, which can sound more natural and respond faster.
Workflows That Branch and Wait
Meeting workflows can now branch on the attendee's name, email domain or meeting location, not only on booking answers. Send bookings from a key account a different follow-up, or send directions to in-person guests.
You can also wait between steps. Send an email, wait two days, then send an SMS, all in one workflow. Each branch keeps its own waits, and nothing more is sent if the booking is cancelled in the meantime.
Workflows also reach further into the CRM. Form workflows can create deals in the pipeline and stage you choose, meeting workflows can move a deal before or after a call, and deal and lead workflows can send SMS and WhatsApp messages.

- Booking proposals hold times: Proposed times stay reserved until your invitee picks one, and meetergo can email the invitee for you. On round-robin meeting types, only your own calendar is held by default.
- Bulk booking actions: Select several bookings and cancel, delete or mark them as no-show at once.
- Meeting polls on your domain: Polls now work on your company's custom domain.
- Poll holds in your calendar: On Light and higher plans, poll options can be reserved in your connected Google or Outlook calendar while people vote.
- Signed webhooks: Reveal your signing secret in the Webhooks tile under Integrations & Apps and verify each request. You can also subscribe to completed e-signatures.
- End call for everyone: Hosts can end a Connect call for all participants at once.
- Colored meeting-type tags: Tags can have a color, shared across your company.
- Mobile lead capture: Scan business cards or add contacts by voice in the app, with Mira suggestions.
- Quick appointments on mobile: Book without a meeting type, using Connect or your connected video services.
- CRM visibility controls: Admins can restrict who sees and deletes CRM records.
- Duplicate contacts: Find duplicate contacts by name and company.
- Forward email to the CRM: A forwarded email becomes a note on the contact.
- E-signature improvements: Signers fill a PDF's own fields, and you can withdraw a request before everyone has signed.
- Required two-factor authentication: Companies can require two-factor authentication for all members.
- Docs on every plan: The Docs library is now available on every plan, with a document limit.
- Reminders via your own Infobip account: Send reminders as RCS with SMS fallback.
- Prices with or without VAT: Choose whether public prices show incl. or plus VAT.
Improvements
- Availability settings: The Availability page is split into Calendar, Availability and Advanced tabs.
- Calendar reliability: A calendar that can't be read now blocks its time instead of offering it, and troubleshoot mode names the calendar to reconnect.
- Outlook events: Outlook events with an unknown status no longer allow double bookings.
- Troubleshoot mode: Shows when a group booking time is hidden because all spots are taken.
- Bookings list: "All" bookings open newest first, and your sort is remembered.
- Recurring bookings: Keep the same local time after a daylight saving change.
- Storage: Extra storage comes in 10 GB units for 5 EUR a month, and the storage warning email links straight to your recordings and files.
- Trial emails: Clearer setup help and a one-time seven-day extension.
- Plan upgrades: Upgrades now activate after payment and show the applicable price for existing customers.
- Contacts across sources: Contacts with the same email are reused across bookings, forms and imports while keeping their details.
- Mobile bookings: Custom durations, clearer in-person options and more reliable date selection when rescheduling.
- Security: Stricter company boundaries across calendars, availability, billing, invoices and workspace settings.
- Faster sign-up: Signing up takes under a second, even with a common company name.
Fixes
- Expired team invites: Accepting an expired invite now says the link is no longer valid instead of creating a separate account.
- AI routing forms: Creating large routing forms with AI no longer times out.
- AI-created forms: Creating a form with AI no longer changes fields in your other forms.
- Mobile date picker: Tapping the already selected date on mobile booking pages opens its times again.
- Group bookings: Guests joining a group booking give the host a proper calendar invitation again.
- Billing details: Billing details entered on the booking page now appear on the invoice.
- Deal notes: Notes entered when creating a deal now show in the deal's Notes section.
- Booking payments: Turning off booking payments also stops automatic invoices for new bookings.
- Embedded forms: Branded embedded forms keep a stable height.
- Mobile app: No longer gets stuck on the startup screen or hides the booking form behind the keyboard.
