Custom Single-Use Links, Website Visitor Insights & Newsletter Sign-Ups

Tailor a booking link to one person. See which companies visit your website, grow your newsletter audience and track your sales results.

The single-use link dialog with a custom duration, selected host and visible weekly hours

Give a candidate a longer interview or a client a different booking window without changing your regular meeting type. Single-use links now let you customize the meeting name, duration, location, host, schedule, date range and minimum notice for one booking.

Open a meeting type's menu and choose Create single-use link, or go to Scheduling → Single-use links. Search for a meeting type, pick a duration or enter your own, and check the available weekly hours before sharing. Locations come from those already configured on the meeting type.

The new overview keeps active, booked and expired links together. Add an internal name so you know who each link is for, or duplicate one for a fresh invitation. Each link closes after one booking and expires after 30 days if unused.

See which companies visit your website

Webmetic visitor overview with interest ratings, visit counts and time on site

The new Webmetic integration brings identified visiting companies into meetergo. See their industry, size, visited pages and time on site, then filter by hot, warm or cold interest to prioritize your follow-up.

Connect Webmetic under Integrations & Apps. You can create an account or connect an existing one. Install the tracking tag on your website; existing Webmetic customers can keep their current tag. The number of company profiles you can view depends on your meetergo plan.

When a booking's work email domain matches an identified company, its website activity appears in the booking details. Mira can use that context in your pre-meeting brief, so you can prepare around what caught the company's interest. These insights describe company activity, not an individual visitor's identity.

Grow your newsletter audience and see who replies

Newsletter sign-up form creation with contact tags and double opt-in enabled

Create a newsletter sign-up form, choose the tags new contacts receive and share its link. Optional double opt-in asks subscribers to confirm their email before their consent is recorded. You can change the fields and design in the form editor.

Mailbox setup now guides you through your provider's settings, including Microsoft sign-in. Campaign and sequence reports add reply counts and rates alongside opens and clicks. Connect the receiving inbox and enable reply tracking to see who answered.

Email sequences can also stop automatically after a matching reply or a new booking. Turn on the stop rules you need in the sequence builder, and enroll up to 500 contacts at once from the CRM's contact or deal tables. Newsletter is available to company admins in workspaces where the app has been enabled. Contact support to request access.

Measure sales results and keep deals moving

CRM sales report with a date range, demo-to-offer conversion, average sales cycle and won deal values

Open CRM → Reports to compare results for a pipeline and period: demo-to-offer conversion, won and lost deals, average sales cycle and average won deal value. Record the relevant sales dates on your deals to populate the report; historical dates are not filled in automatically.

Finding and organizing records is easier too. Search contacts by full name, find deals by deal or contact name across a pipeline, and move a deal to another pipeline without losing its history. Contact exports include custom fields and respect your selected filters.

All Changes

New Features

  • Single-use link management: Customize individual booking invitations and track their status in one overview.
  • Webmetic integration: View identified visiting companies, interest ratings and website activity alongside matching bookings.
  • Newsletter sign-up forms and reply tracking: Collect subscribers with optional double opt-in and measure replies through a connected receiving inbox. Available in enabled workspaces.
  • CRM sales reports: Measure conversion, sales cycles and won deal values for a selected pipeline and period.
  • Outlook working hours: Let one availability schedule follow your Outlook working hours and time zone, with automatic updates.
  • Additional event guests: Hosts of free events can allow extra guests per registration. Each guest receives their own confirmation and cancellation link, and counts toward capacity.
  • Share AI Notes recaps: Hosts can email a booked meeting's recap to attendees or copy a public link to the summary and transcript. Stop sharing to disable the link.

Improvements

  • Booking analytics: Filter by team, meeting type and booking channel.
  • CRM follow-up: Enable sequence stop rules for replies or bookings, enroll contacts in bulk, and preview emails with selected contacts.
  • Contact history: Deal communications also appear on the primary or sole linked contact. Open tasks from the activity history and download attachments from synced IMAP emails.
  • Form exports: Export all submissions matching your filters, including readable labels for answers with several selected options.
  • Workflow templates: Edit saved email templates directly from workflow steps and reach the shared email design from template editors.
  • Mira knowledge: Upload Markdown files, remove an entire website and its pages, or delete an assistant profile.
  • Quick meetings: Add an in-person address, including your company address, when booking from the calendar.
  • SMS credits: See how many segments scheduled and sent reminders use. View and buy credits in Billing, including when a partner manages your plan.
  • Guest polls: Save a newly created guest poll to your account when you sign up or sign in from the same browser.

Fixes

  • Connect calls: Improved recovery from connection interruptions. Quiet participants no longer trigger unnecessary call restarts, and recovery preserves microphone and camera mute settings.
  • Calendar availability: Multi-day events appear on every day they cover. Calendar read failures are surfaced, and appointment reassignment remains usable with a warning when availability cannot be verified.
  • Host invitations: Hosts without a connected calendar receive a calendar invitation. Proton calendar conflict checks handle failed syncs more reliably.
  • Document signing: Improved signing for scanned PDFs, older form templates, choice fields and signatures drawn on high-resolution screens.
  • Form completion: Completion emails use the address entered by the submitter, and workflows run for the submission that completed. Historical form results and booking rescheduling are restored.
  • Booking payments: Stripe bookings wait for successful payment. Payment links keep using the original payment provider, and delayed confirmations preserve the notice deadline established at checkout.
  • Booking details: Answers follow form order and show readable option labels. Opening bookings and large meeting types is more reliable.
  • CRM pipelines: Boards load correctly with deal values and closing dates. Pipeline settings preserve the last Won and Lost stages.
  • Booking reminders: Confirmation follow-ups stop once the invitee has confirmed.
  • Branding: Shared booking links and business cards use your saved brand color in previews. Paid branding can be removed after a downgrade.
