Mira AI Beta, Fully EU-Sovereign

Mira is now a major AI beta inside meetergo, built around EU-sovereign processing. Chat runs on EU-hosted model lanes, your prompts are not sent to a US AI provider, and company knowledge stays in the EU. You can choose between models such as Mistral Small, Mistral Large, Magistral, DeepSeek V4 Flash, DeepSeek V4 Pro, Qwen 3.6 27B, GLM 5.2, and Kimi K2.7 depending on the task and your plan.

You can use Mira as an assistant for chat, workflows, knowledge, booking help, and customer conversations. The beta includes a dedicated chat experience with threads, search, attachments, voice input, prompt shortcuts, model selection, and tool results that stay readable instead of disappearing into raw text.

Mira can work with the context that matters to your business. It can list meeting types, help with booking flows, use website knowledge, assist with forms and templates, and connect website-chat leads back into the CRM. When a visitor shares their details through the website chat assistant, meetergo can save the lead, keep the conversation transcript on the contact, and apply a configurable retention window.

For WhatsApp, Mira can now draft replies, send automatic replies, respect opening hours, use approved templates when the WhatsApp window is closed, and book appointments directly instead of just sending links. Teams stay in control with inbox actions to pause, resume, regenerate, or send Mira replies per conversation.

Connect: Recording, Breakout Rooms & Stability

Connect received a full round of call improvements. Hosts can now use breakout rooms, set time limits, broadcast messages, move participants between rooms, and bring everyone back to the main room. Connect also supports call recording with in-call controls, a recordings library, plan gating, quota handling, and participant consent before a recorded call continues.

The call interface is easier to run live. You can pin multiple people, use a compact control layout, stop incoming video on weaker connections, and get clearer guidance when camera effects may hurt performance. Connect now applies the selected microphone, camera, and speaker when joining, gives better speaker-test feedback, and normalizes microphone capture for more consistent headphone and earbud audio.

Stability improved too. Connect follows your company accent color in the call UI, handles open-entry state more consistently, recovers better from blocked browser audio, and keeps room presence cleaner when people reconnect. That means fewer surprises when someone refreshes, rejoins, switches devices, or joins from a locked-down browser.

WhatsApp & E-Signature APIs

The Platform API now covers more customer-facing workflows. The new WhatsApp developer API lets your own systems send WhatsApp messages, read conversation history, poll inbound messages, receive delivery receipts, and work with templates. Inbound WhatsApp messages can also be forwarded to your configured webhooks, so external systems can react without manual copying.

E-signatures are now available through a developer API as well. You can create signature requests, use hosted signing links, receive completion webhooks, and send people through a localized signing experience with preview and redirect support. It gives teams a direct path to build document-signing flows around meetergo instead of stitching together a separate signing tool.

Together, these APIs make meetergo easier to embed into your own operations: conversations, documents, signatures, and automations can all be driven from the same platform.
