Seasonal hours, forms that look like funnels and a phone assistant that answers faster. 41 of your roadmap ideas shipped this week.
Seasonal Hours: A Different Weekly Schedule for a Month or Season
19 votes on the roadmap, there since April 2025. Finally here.

Your weekly schedule used to apply all year. If your hours changed for a few weeks, you had to enter every single day as an exception. Now you set up a second weekly schedule for a period, and meetergo switches to it and back on its own.
A few examples:
- Summer: during the school holidays you only take appointments in the mornings.
- December: before Christmas you also open on Saturdays.
- A busy season: tax season, enrolment month or trade fair weeks with longer evenings.
Open Availability and click Add range under Date ranges. Pick a month, or Custom dates for any start and end date, and set the hours. They start as a copy of your normal week, so you only change what is different. When the range ends, your normal hours apply again. Single exceptions, like a blocked day, still win over a range.
Forms, Redesigned
The monthly ZIP download: suggested on Friday, live the same day.

The forms editor is rebuilt around what your form actually does. Build, Design, Logic, Settings and Results each have their own tab. A flow map shows your whole form at a glance, and you can test every path before anyone sees it. When you publish, a summary lists exactly what changes, and the preview always shows your latest edits.
Your forms can also look like a real funnel now. Choose from 54 themes, including a new Funnel category, add a brand panel beside the questions with your headline, key points and a contact person, and name the steps in the progress bar. Cover text and images are edited directly in the preview.
Responses are easier to work through, too. Process them from one inbox, mark a submission as processed and filter what is still open, and download all submission PDFs for a month as one ZIP on paid plans. With a growing number of forms, sort them into folders.
AI Phone Assistant: Faster Replies, Fewer Interruptions

A phone call lives on timing. If the assistant pauses too long after a caller says "Ja", the caller starts talking again. If it stops mid-sentence at every noise, the conversation falls apart. This update works on both.
The assistant now answers up to 1.5 seconds sooner after short replies like "Ja" or "Okay". A dedicated turn-detection model (Smart Turn) listens to how the caller speaks, not just to silence, to tell whether they have finished. The assistant also gets the conversation ready while it says hello, and if the language model is slow to start, a second attempt runs in parallel instead of leaving the caller waiting.
It also stays on track. Everything the assistant hears is checked before it can interrupt: background noise, its own voice coming back through the caller's speaker and stray words in another language are filtered out. Test calls from the dashboard now open your microphone first, so the greeting is never clipped, and a declined microphone uses no minutes.
Mira Skills: Pick One, Run It

Skills are ready-made tasks Mira does for you: a LinkedIn post, a meeting brief, a follow-up for a deal. The Skills library is redesigned so you can browse by category (sales, meetings, marketing, customers, finance and setup), search, and run a skill in one click. There is nothing to install first.
Skills that do not need a contact, deal or company just run. The ones that do ask only for the kind of record they work on, and Mira suggests the right skills when you have a record open. Skills that start from a topic, like a LinkedIn post, ask what it should be about first.
Every skill page now explains what Mira will look at, how it works and what a result looks like, before you run it. Want it your way? Click Customize to make your team's own version.
Booking Pages in Under a Second on Phones

Most invitees open your booking page on their phone, often on a weak connection. On slow mobile data it used to take several seconds before anything showed up. Now the page appears in under a second, and available times slide in smoothly as soon as they have loaded.
Longer meetings are easier to read too: booking pages, bundle pages and session credit pages show "4 hours" instead of "240 minutes".
Set Up Mira Everywhere from Settings > AI

Settings > AI now lists every channel Mira answers on: your website chats, WhatsApp numbers, phone assistants and Mira Scheduling email. Each shows its assistant and how independently it answers (Off, Drafts or Automatic), and you change both in one place.
Assistants are simpler to set up. Turn on what an assistant may do with switches, and add your own "when ... then" rules with numbered steps. For example: when a customer reports a claim, ask what happened, send the claim form and create a task for the right colleague. Assistants can send your forms and booking pages right in the chat. Before going live, try it in the built-in test chat.
For WhatsApp, you can now connect more than one number and choose which number is used for conversations, workflows, forms, signatures, invoices and website widgets. WhatsApp templates have their own page with a live preview, Meta's review status and the reason when a template is rejected.
All Changes
New Features
- Dark mode: Choose Light, Dark or Auto for your dashboard. Mira follows your theme.
- Mobile app 1.14: See your meetings as a day timeline or month calendar, change tomorrow's hours or take a day off from the home screen, book a follow-up in two taps, and book paid meeting types for your clients.
- Monthly series on a weekday: Book appointment series such as every second Thursday of the month.
- Block a day everywhere: Block a day on all your schedules at once, and remove it from all of them again.
- Shade non-working hours: A new calendar display setting shades the hours outside your working time.
- Event pages: Add a cover image, theme, accent colour and heading font, with a live preview and matching share image. Long descriptions keep the cover beside them, and venue details and share links are built in.
- Event reminders: Send up to 5 reminders at times you choose, each with its own subject and text.
- Online meeting venue: Every booking uses the host's own Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, with meetergo Connect as the fallback, so teams on mixed calendars can share one meeting type.
- Draw on a screen share: Draw, highlight and point on a shared screen together in Connect calls.
- Call countdown: 1:1 Connect calls can show a countdown to the booked end, with a heads-up five minutes before, for you or for you and your guest.
- Birthday workflows: Greet contacts on their birthday by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Branding in one place: Get colour suggestions from your logo, preview your apps in your brand colour and align them in one click, with undo.
- Video link previews: Shared booking and business card links show a short video preview in your brand colours, on apps that play video previews.
- Invoice and payment status on bookings: See whether each booking is invoiced and paid, filter unbilled sessions, and see on a CRM contact what they still owe.
- Price options on invoices: Invoices from bookings show the product name and the price option your client booked. In group appointments, each participant's option can bill its own product.
- § 4 UStG: Small businesses can mark products as tax-free under § 4 UStG, so those invoices show the § 4 note instead of § 19.
- Billing address optional: Payment links and Terminkarten bought on invoice can skip the billing address or make it optional, up to 250 EUR.
- Translated payment terms: Payment terms on booking pages can be translated and show in the booking page's language.
- Translated locations: Location names and notes for invitees can be translated for every booking page language.
- Newsletter confirmation email: Write it in your own words, with a personal greeting and "du" if you like. It uses your email design, and one click on the link completes the signup.
- E-signature defaults: Admins can make email verification the default and set the wording of the request, confirmation and code emails. Senders can still adjust them per request.
- Group emails with attachments: Attach up to 5 files (10 MB) when you email all attendees of a group booking or event.
- Docs and Notion: Import a whole Notion export with subpages, images, links and databases in one step.
- Docs on contacts: Link Docs pages to a CRM contact so they appear on the contact's Files tab.
- Docs for your AI: Your AI can read, write and append to Docs pages as Markdown through the API and the MCP server.
- Shared CRM tasks: Give a task to several people. Any of them can take it with a click, and task lists show who is on each task.
- CRM attachments: Attach several files and saved emails (EML or MSG) to CRM records, and find deal tasks in Activities with their contact filled in.
- Company notes: A company shows the notes of all its contacts.
- Deal panel: Rename a deal and change its currency and win probability right in the side panel.
- Zoom options: Choose waiting room, passcode, join before host and whether bookings use your personal meeting room.
- LinkedIn lead forms: Lead form and event registration leads flow into meetergo as contacts through Zapier or Make with the new contact intake URL.
- LinkedIn campaign status: See where each lead is, when the next messages go out and why they are waiting.
- Add to CRM with company: Adding a LinkedIn profile to the CRM also adds and links the person's company, without duplicates.
- Inbox emoji: The reply box has an emoji button.
- Prompt library in the Mira panel: Open your prompt library directly from the Mira panel.
- Troubleshooting links: Each cause in availability troubleshooting links to its help entry and highlights the setting behind it.
- Group booking invitations explained: The settings explain that calendar invitations are shared by all attendees, and how to send each attendee their own confirmation.
- Business card cover size: The editor shows the recommended cover image size.
Improvements
- Long meeting summaries: AI summaries of long meetings cover the whole meeting and no longer end mid-sentence.
- Dark mode in the meeting type editor: The editor, booking form preview, calendar invite template and workflows display correctly in dark mode.
- Mobile scheduling: Scheduling, calendar selection and the Notetaker are easier to use on a phone.
- Series confirmations: The subject shows the first date, all dates are listed in one section, and one calendar file holds them all.

- Languages: The PayPal button and installed skills appear in the right language.
- Website chat colour: The Mira website chat uses your company colour unless you picked another one.
- Form editor progress bar: Turn the progress bar on and off with a switch.

- Meeting AI permissions: Meeting AI follows the same permissions as the meeting type editor.
- Calendar files: Upload .ics files to the file library and attach them to workflow emails.
- Read-only fields explained: Meeting types say when only workspace admins can change the title and URL.
- Compliance documents: Privacy settings documents are easier to read, with the agreement date in your language.
Fixes
- Booking calendars: Calendars with single-digit schedule hours load correctly, and you can retry if times cannot be loaded.
- Renamed form fields: Booking forms with a renamed name or email field can be submitted again.
- Booking email language: Standard booking emails use the selected language on free plans.
- Price option in emails: Double opt-in and host confirmation emails show the price option the invitee chose.
- § 4 on booking invoices: Invoices created after a booking show § 4 when the invoice product is marked tax-free under § 4 UStG.
- Event join links: Online event links go only to guests with a confirmed place, so paid events send the link after payment.
- Coloured forms: Forms with a background colour no longer flash white when you scroll fast.
- Light brand colours: Dropdown options on booking pages stay readable with a very light company colour.
- Portals: Embedded forms no longer hide the portal when you start filling them in, appointments open with working reschedule and cancel options, and comments on action plan steps load again.
- Birthday greetings after merge: Merging two contacts no longer sends their birthday greeting twice.
- CRM board: Dragging deals between stages no longer crashes the page.
- Connect camera: Connect starts your camera again after you are admitted to a call on Windows.

- Selection pages: Can be deleted again when one of their meeting types was deleted.
- Form AI: When Form AI refuses an edit that would remove fields, the form stays unchanged.
- Mira channels: Show your AI phone assistant's real status instead of "coming soon", and the back button on a phone returns to the AI overview first.
- WhatsApp template editor: Shows a single header bar with a way back to the list.
