Odoo, Zoho CRM, Notion & ClickUp, Plus E-Signatures for Real Contracts

Bookings now sync to Odoo, Zoho CRM, Notion and ClickUp, e-signatures handle whole contracts, and 41 of your roadmap ideas shipped in two weeks.

Odoo, Zoho CRM, Notion and ClickUp

40 votes on the roadmap. Now live.

Odoo, Zoho CRM, ClickUp and Notion connected on the Integrations page

Four tools many of you run your business on now get your bookings automatically. Connect them under Integrations, and every new booking lands where your team already works:

  • Odoo: the booker becomes an Odoo contact, the meeting appears as a calendar event for the matching Odoo user, and an opportunity is created if you want one.
  • Zoho CRM: bookings create contacts, meetings and, if you like, deals in Zoho.
  • Notion: every booking becomes a page in a Notion database you choose.
  • ClickUp: every booking becomes a task, with the booking form answers filled into your ClickUp fields.

Reschedules and cancellations follow automatically in all four. An admin connects them once, on Light and up.

E-Signatures for Real Contracts

Suggested on the roadmap, live 4 days later.

Two PDFs in one signature request, with checkboxes, a signed-date field and a signature field placed

Send everything a client has to sign in one request. Add several PDFs, put them in order, and your client signs them as one document. Fields can now be optional, checkboxes are built in, and you can choose a signing order, including signing last yourself.

For documents you send again and again, build a signature template. It fills in your contact's name, address, birthday and more from the CRM, and you can send it straight from the contact.

Placing fields is faster too: duplicate a field with Ctrl+D (Cmd+D on Mac), let it snap into line with the others, and give all checkboxes the same size in one click. Under E-Signatures > Email texts you can write the request and confirmation emails in your own words, for every language. Finished requests can be archived and unused drafts deleted.

Where proof matters, turn on FES (Fortified Electronic Signature): signers confirm their email with a one-time code, and every document gets a tamper-proof audit trail and a cryptographic seal.

AI Phone Assistant for Every Plan

The phone assistant books appointments, forwards calls, takes callbacks, uses the CRM and ends calls

The AI phone assistant is no longer reserved for Premium. On any plan you can now add it as Solo or Team, monthly or yearly, and buy extra phone numbers whenever you need them.

It now handles a call from start to finish. It books appointments and takes callback requests with a confirmed phone number, files every call on the right CRM contact, and wraps up with your own closing sentence once everything is done. Spam and abusive callers get a polite goodbye instead of tying up your line. We also added new voice providers, including Deepslate.

Every call now appears in your inbox next to WhatsApp and email. Ordering a German number walks you through each document and fills in the Bundesnetzagentur form for you, and transcripts and call logs can be deleted automatically after a period you choose.

Booking Pages: Clearer, Faster, More Yours

The date list: 9 votes on the roadmap. Now live.

A booking page showing upcoming dates as a list, with each slot as a time range

Your booking page is where invitees meet you first, so this round makes it clearer. For events that only happen every few months, switch to a list of dates under Branding & Styling > Dates on booking page. Invitees see the next dates with their times instead of clicking through empty months, in embeds too.

Slots can now show their full time range, for example 14:00 - 16:00, which helps with workshops and group sessions (Advanced > Localization & text). Travel time you add in Apple Calendar now blocks your booking page as well, so nobody books you while you are on the way.

Team booking pages also load available times faster, and your branding reaches further: host names use your text colour, form cards follow your corner settings, and embeds can have a transparent background.

CalDAV Calendars from All-Inkl and More

Connecting a CalDAV calendar, for example from All-Inkl, with server address and login

Many of you host your calendar at All-Inkl or on your own server, and asked us to support it. meetergo now signs in with Digest authentication, the method these servers require. Calendars from All-Inkl, Baïkal and other SabreDAV servers now connect like any other calendar, with availability checks and new bookings included.

To connect, open Integrations, click Connect now on Other CalDAV Calendars, and enter your server address and login. meetergo picks the right sign-in method automatically.

All Changes

New Features

  • Odoo, Zoho CRM, Notion and ClickUp: Bookings sync to all four, including reschedules and cancellations.
  • E-signatures: Several PDFs per request, optional fields, checkboxes, signing order, CRM-filled templates and your own email texts.
  • List of dates on booking pages: Show upcoming dates as a list instead of a calendar.
  • Time ranges on time slots: Show slots as 14:00 - 16:00 instead of only the start time.
  • Bill a month of bookings: Each client gets a draft invoice with one line per session, in one step.
  • Invoice number ranges: Number invoices from several ranges, for example one per business.
  • Pay by invoice: Session cards and payment links can be paid by invoice, with no payment provider needed.
  • Invoice products per duration: Bill each meeting duration with its own product, and set a different product on a single booking.
  • Email all attendees: Send one email to all attendees of a group booking or event at once.
  • Proposals without reserving times: Send time proposals without blocking those times in your calendar.
  • Newsletter sequence groups: Group sequences so a contact only runs one of them at a time. A new one ends the old one.
  • Newsletter sending limit: Cap marketing emails per contact across all campaigns and sequences. Emails over the limit are postponed, not sent back to back.
  • Tags from sign-up answers: Sign-up forms can add tags based on the answer someone picks, so each answer can start its own sequence.
  • CRM tasks in the calendar: Your CRM tasks now appear in the meetergo calendar, in a task list you can fold away.
  • Events in your calendar: Published events are added to their hosts' calendars.
  • Home, your way: Rearrange, hide and resize the tiles on Home. Home now also shows due tasks, new form submissions and birthdays.
  • Email in the inbox (Suite): Connect your own mailbox to read and answer email in the inbox, with attachments up to 20 MB, a personal signature and new emails started from a contact. Finished conversations can be deleted without touching your mailbox.
  • Facebook Messenger: Answer Messenger chats in the inbox, on Premium and up.
  • Tasks from conversations: Create a task right from an inbox conversation. On WhatsApp, attach up to 8 photos from the chat to it as one PDF.
  • Handover notifications: When Mira hands a WhatsApp or website chat over to your team, you get a notification and a push on your phone.
  • Phone assistant on every plan: Add the AI phone assistant as Solo or Team on any plan, with extra numbers when you need them.
  • Phone calls in the inbox: Every call the assistant takes appears in your inbox.
  • Complete calls: The phone assistant books appointments and callbacks with a confirmed number, files each call on the right CRM contact, and ends the call itself once everything is done, also for spam or abusive callers.
  • New voice providers: Choose from voices by new providers, including Deepslate.
  • Phone number verification guide: Ordering a German number walks you through each document and fills in the Bundesnetzagentur form for you.
  • Automatic transcript deletion: Phone transcripts, call logs and AI Notes recap parts can be deleted automatically after a period you choose.
  • Follow-up emails from AI Notes: Draft a follow-up email from a recap, choose du or Sie for German, and steer it with your own instructions.
  • Share recordings: Shared recap links can play the recording, also for meetings nobody booked.
  • Whiteboard as PDF: Anyone in a Connect call can save the whiteboard as a PDF. Hosts can save an annotated PDF straight to the client's contact.
  • Files and laser in calls: Share files in the Connect call chat and point at the whiteboard with a laser everyone sees.
  • API tokens for every member: Admins can let team members create their own API token, for example to connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP.
  • Exchange with calendar permission only: Connect Exchange through an account that only has permission on the calendar, without sharing passwords or giving email access.
  • CalDAV for All-Inkl and more: Connect calendars from All-Inkl, Baïkal and other servers that require Digest authentication.
  • LinkedIn Signals (LinkedIn add-on): Find people engaging with competitors' posts or your keywords, let Mira qualify them, and import post commenters.
  • Event payments and cancellation: Events support manual payment, a self-cancellation deadline, a withdrawal notice and your own legal documents.
  • Event pages in your brand colour: Event pages now use your brand colour, like your booking pages.
  • Portal links in emails: Email templates can link to one of your portals, for example in the booking confirmation.
  • Forward form submissions: Forward a submission and open sent forms right from the contact timeline.
  • Ready-made workflow messages: New workflows start active, ask which meeting types they run on, and open with a ready-made message you can adjust or swap.
  • Privacy texts: Write the privacy checkbox text per language, and generate privacy text for the apps you use.
  • Apple Calendar travel time: Travel time from Apple Calendar now blocks time on your booking pages.
  • Poll vote emails: Poll hosts, including guests who confirm their address, get an email when someone votes.

Improvements

  • Upload safety: Uploaded files are scanned for malware, and a file whose content does not match its type is refused with a clear message.
  • Larger uploads: Form upload fields accept files up to 100 MB. Portal collections accept Word, Excel and PowerPoint files up to 100 MB.
  • Cookie banner: Visitors can change their consent at any time, and the banner lists exactly the services your booking page uses.
  • Template changes keep members' adjustments: Applying template changes only updates the settings you changed.
  • Faster availability: Booking pages calculate available times faster for teams.
  • Video calls on phones: Calls fit the screen, show your own camera in a corner, let you flip cameras, and reconnect automatically after short network drops.
  • Clearer connection indicator: Weak connections in video calls show signal bars instead of a red dot that looked like a recording light.
  • One recap per call: Stopping and restarting a recording in a Connect call keeps everything in one AI Notes recap, with one transcript and summary.
  • CRM details: Hidden table columns stay hidden on every device, notes can be added from the New menu and search, extra phone numbers and emails are clickable, and new companies are assigned to the person who creates them.
  • Tasks: Clicking a task opens its contact or deal, reminders move with the due date, and new tasks get a reminder on their due date.
  • CSV import remembers columns: The next file with the same columns is mapped for you.
  • Contact merges: Merging contacts keeps their forms, conversations, history and extra contact details, with a short summary.
  • Booking at a contact's place: The contact's address from the CRM is filled in for you.
  • Location hints: Add a hint for invitees right when you add a location, for every location type.
  • Booking pages list: Filter by active or inactive and sort by date or name.
  • Double opt-in: Contacts who have not confirmed yet show "Confirmation pending", confirmation emails use your newsletter design, and the confirmation page carries your branding with an optional redirect.
  • Newsletter statistics: Opens and clicks now count people, not automated scanners, and tracking can be switched off.
  • Form exports: Excel and CSV exports use your dashboard language and readable answer labels, and submission PDFs include uploaded documents.
  • Appointment export by date range: Limit exports to a start and end date.
  • Reviews widget on phones: Shows as a slim bar instead of covering your text. Choose bar, compact pill or hidden.
  • Calendar layout: Overlapping appointments sit side by side, like in Google Calendar, and a clicked one comes to the front.
  • Mollie payment methods: The Mollie button shows which payment methods are available.
  • Private customers: Hide company and VAT ID fields for private customers.
  • Timezone in your profile: Set your timezone directly in your profile.
  • Company AI switch: When company AI is turned off, members and admins see clear guidance wherever an AI feature would appear.
  • Branding: Host names on selection pages use your branding text colour, form cards follow your corner settings, and embeds can have transparent backgrounds.
  • API: The v4 API can turn individual meeting type notifications on and off.

Fixes

  • Recurring group bookings: Series can skip unavailable dates instead of failing, join weeks that already have participants, and each patient gets their own confirmation.
  • Group reschedules: Rescheduling one attendee no longer sends duplicate confirmations to the rest of the group.
  • CalDAV and iCloud reconnects: Reconnecting keeps your calendar choices, and new bookings keep appearing in your calendar.
  • Published forms: Create CRM contacts again and send their completion emails.
  • Template pushes: Pushing template changes and forms to assigned meeting types works again, and unchanged workflows are no longer removed.
  • Signed forms: Text added in PDF editors stays visible, signers see exactly where to sign, and a PDF can only be signed once its page is answered.
  • Large signature templates: Templates hold up to 500 fields, and PDFs from older document tools can be sent for signature.
  • Signed copies: Are sent from your own mail server when you have connected one.
  • AI Notes: The transcript is delivered even when the video recording fails, and failed recording attempts can be deleted.
  • Add to calendar: The button on the confirmation page uses your calendar invitation text, also for group bookings.
  • Swedish confirmations: Swedish bookers receive your Swedish confirmation again.
  • Event registration: Shows the privacy checkbox when turned on, asks for name and email only once, and fits phone screens.
  • Workflow emails to a fixed address: Can be set up again.
  • Sender names: Email previews show the sender recipients actually see, and deal and lead workflow emails go out under your company name.
  • Invoices: Show units, offer "Minute" as a unit, leave out the net total for small businesses, and follow booking cancellations and reschedules.
  • Upgrade dialog: Shows free partners separately from paid seats, and the billing page shows your new plan right after an upgrade.
  • CRM pipelines: Pipelines from Close, HubSpot, CentralStationCRM and Pipedrive load reliably, and a pipeline deleted in the CRM is flagged.
  • Exchange Editor rights: Connecting Exchange with calendar permission accepts correctly configured Editor rights.
  • Duplicate contacts: Creating a contact with an email that is taken now tells you which contact has it.
  • Touch screens: Booking form fields can be deleted on iPad and phone.
  • Availability: No more false "unsaved changes" warning, and time dropdowns close when you move on.
  • Booking language: The duration prompt appears in the booking language.
  • Password-protected single-use links: Accept the meeting page password.
  • Stripe: No more false "connection expired" warning.
  • Forwarded email: Keeps its formatting, links and tables.
  • Umlauts in CSV imports: Preserved in files saved by Excel for Windows.
  • Breakout rooms: Hosts are no longer asked if they are still there.
