The new form & funnel builder is here. Plus: more stable video calls with more participants in meetergo connect, and easy import from other scheduling tools.
The New Form & Funnel Builder
Building qualifying funnels and routing forms is now a fully visual experience. The new builder lets you design every step of your funnel: pick from ready-made design themes or create your own, set colors and button styles, and add images straight from a built-in image library.
Your edits stay in draft until you publish. That means you can rework a live funnel at your own pace, preview the result, and push the new version live with one click when it's ready. Visitors always see the published version, never your work in progress.
You can also protect a form with a password, and a new progress display shows respondents how far along they are.
meetergo connect: Better Calls, Smarter Hosting
Video calls in meetergo connect got a substantial upgrade. Calls are noticeably more stable, and meetings now support more participants than before: quality holds up even in larger meetings with up to 50 participants and many cameras on. A new noise suppression toggle filters out keyboard clatter and background noise directly in your browser.
Hosts get real moderation tools: ask a participant to unmute (they stay in control of their mic), rename participants, lower all raised hands at once, and pin anyone to the spotlight. Participants can react with emojis and raise their hand, with a visible queue so everyone knows who's next. A new gallery view shows everyone in one even grid, and you can pop the call out into a floating picture-in-picture window while you work in other tabs.
Webinars run smoother too: a new open-entry mode lets guests join without waiting for individual admission, and turning it on admits everyone currently in the waiting room at once. Joining from in-app browsers (like a link opened in WhatsApp) is now more reliable, with a hint to switch to your regular browser. Rounding it off: keyboard shortcuts with a help overlay, a speaker test in settings, better touch targets on mobile, and an optional rating prompt after each call.
A Marketplace for Forms & Funnels
You don't have to start from a blank page anymore. The new template marketplace lets you browse ready-made forms and funnels by category and copy one into your workspace with a click. Adjust the questions and the design to your brand, and you're live.
Built a form that converts really well? Publish it as a template for others to use. Every submission is reviewed before it goes live, and you always stay in control of whether your form can be copied.
Switching to meetergo Just Got Easier
Until now, moving from another scheduling tool meant rebuilding everything by hand: every meeting type, every duration, every booking question. That's over. Paste the link to your existing scheduling page and meetergo imports it all for you.
And the import brings over far more than before. Your meeting types arrive with their durations and duration options, the right meeting location, your colors, and all your booking questions, ready to use. Connect your calendar and you can share your first booking link minutes after switching, instead of spending an afternoon rebuilding.
All Changes
New Features
- Out of office: Out-of-office periods now actually block new bookings for the absent host, including direct booking links. Admins can set up or end an out-of-office for a colleague, and ending one early frees the calendar immediately.
- Show calendar event titles: A new toggle lets you display the real titles of events from connected calendars in your meetergo calendar, including Outlook, instead of anonymized entries.
- Transcript workflow trigger: Start workflows automatically once a meeting transcript is ready.
- Professional Works CRM integration: Sync booking attendees to Professional Works as clients and push meeting notes and attachments to the matching record.
- Per-team email footers: Teams can override the address, contact details, and legal links in email footers.
- More template control: Power-Ups, Multi-Booking, and Branding can now be edited in meeting type templates.
- Prefill routing forms via URL: Fill routing form fields in advance through URL parameters, perfect for links from campaigns or your CRM.
Improvements
- Faster forms with image cards: Images on option cards are now uploaded and optimized instead of embedded in the form, making forms with images load much faster. Option cards also show the whole image instead of cropping it.
- Faster availability: Booking pages load available slots faster thanks to smarter caching, while staying up to date the moment your calendar changes.
- Smarter appointment handoff: The reassign picker now shows the appointment's team members in a searchable, sorted list with availability hints. Company admins can still expand it to the whole organization.
- Templates follow current schedules: Meeting types created from a template now follow each host's current default schedule, and unpinning a templated schedule works as expected.
Fixes
- Held slots no longer offered: Slots temporarily held by a pending booking (such as double opt-in or host confirmation) are no longer offered on individual booking links during the hold, so invitees don't pick a time that's then rejected.
- Fresh availability: Booking pages refresh their slots when newer calendar data is found, and the "Disable caching" connection toggle now always delivers fresh availability.
- Outlook cancellations: When an event disappears from an Outlook calendar, meetergo now verifies it's really gone before cancelling the booking, preventing accidental cancellations.
- Group booking privacy: Calendar updates via Outlook and Teams no longer expose the other attendees of a group booking.
- Custom sender reliability: Plain-text emails and emails with a custom sender now consistently go out from your configured sender. Replies to attendee emails go to your verified contact email.
- Email look & feel: Logo images in emails keep their true aspect ratio (no more stretching in Outlook), and the footer shows proper spacing between Impressum and Datenschutz.
- Notification previews: Previews now show your company's customized default emails, and picking an email template no longer creates duplicate copies of it.
- Calendar views: The month view shows a per-user color legend, and short events and blockers stay legible in week and day views.
- Calendar invites on reschedule: The invite description is refreshed when a meeting is rescheduled (Outlook, Exchange, Google).
- Google calendar selection: Connected Google calendars stay selected through brief sync hiccups instead of dropping out.
- Availability editing: Saving availability as an admin applies it to the right person, and switching between schedules no longer carries changes across.
- Booking page polish: A clearer message when a slot was taken moments earlier, translated notifications, legal links reachable on compact mobile pages, and internal widget parameters no longer appear in the booking Q&A.
- Payments: The payment page shows the coupon-discounted price, and billing address fields stay editable during checkout.
- Number fields: Minimum and maximum limits are applied even when the field is optional.
- Slack notifications: New-booking notifications show the host's name again.
- Custom domains: Pasted domains are accepted even with protocol, capitalization, or a trailing path.
- Profile page: Fixed an error that prevented the profile from loading for users with an Apple calendar.
- Admin settings: The integrations card is back when editing a resource or team member, and branding settings correctly recognize pages that only use the company logo.
