How It Works

How to Connect Intercom with meetergo

Set up the Intercom integration in just a few minutes β€” workspace admin rights and the Growth plan (or higher) are required.

Open the Integrations Page

Go to my.meetergo.com/integrations and scroll to the Intercom card.

Click "Connect"

Click Connect on the Intercom card. You'll be redirected to Intercom's consent screen.

Authorize Access in Intercom

Review the requested scopes (people, conversations, admins, card data) and click Authorize access.

Verify the Connection

You'll be sent back to meetergo. The Intercom card now shows Connected on … with the workspace name you connected.

Add the App in the Inbox

Open any conversation in Intercom, click + Add app in the right-hand Conversation Details panel, and select meetergo to start sending booking links from chat.
