meetergo turns a month of recorded working time and absences into the import file for DATEV LODAS or DATEV Lohn und Gehalt. It holds worked hours, overtime, night, Sunday and holiday hours, vacation, sickness with the sick note flag, child sick days and unpaid leave. Download the file or, after signing in at DATEV, upload it straight to DATEV, where your tax firm picks it up. Missing details show up as warnings first.

How It Works
Hand payroll data to DATEV
You need admin rights in meetergo, the Suite plan or higher and a personnel number per person. Your tax firm gives you the consultant and client numbers.
Set up payroll
In Time & Projects > Settings > Payroll (DATEV), pick the DATEV program your payroll runs in and enter the personnel numbers as in DATEV.
Export a month
Under Team time, click Export DATEV payroll, choose the month and check the warnings. Then download the file.
Connect DATEV (optional)
Under Settings > HR and payroll, enter the consultant number and client number and click Sign in at DATEV.
Send to DATEV
Choose the month and click Send to DATEV. The status shows At DATEV, Imported, File invalid or Deleted.
