WhatsApp Chat Inbox
Following last week's WhatsApp workflow actions, you now have a full chat inbox inside meetergo. View all WhatsApp conversations alongside your CRM contacts, send and receive messages, and share media files — all without leaving the platform.
Incoming messages are automatically logged in your CRM and any photos or documents are attached to the contact. You can also send form invitations via WhatsApp using approved templates.
WhatsApp is available as an addon from your billing settings — add it to your existing plan or manage it separately.
PDF Form Mapping & E-Signatures

When you upload a PDF with form fields, meetergo now detects them automatically and suggests mappings to your form data using AI. Click any field to see exactly where it sits on the page in a live preview.
A new E-Signatures page lists all forms that require signatures, along with submission counts, so you can track signing activity in one place.

- Host Meeting Limits: In rare cases, meeting limits for round-robin hosts could be bypassed during simultaneous bookings. Now enforced consistently.

- Cross-Month Events: Events spanning month boundaries now show correctly in week view.
