Round-Robin Power-ups, Reminder Tracking & WhatsApp i18n

Route returning contacts to their account owner, give every host their own meeting link inside a queue, see exactly which reminders went out, and run your WhatsApp widget in any language.

Round robin queue settings showing the new "Match account owner" toggle, plus a host's row with a custom meeting link override field

Round robin queues just got two upgrades that matter most to sales and customer success teams.

Account-owner matching routes a returning contact straight to their existing account owner instead of redistributing them across the queue. If the contact is already known and someone on the queue owns the account, that host wins β€” fairness logic only kicks in for new contacts. No more handing your top customers to a different rep every time they book.

Per-host meeting link overrides let each host inside the same round robin use their own conferencing link. One rep on personal Zoom, another on the company Google Meet, a third on Teams β€” all in one queue, no more splitting meeting types just because of conferencing differences. The booker always gets the right link for whichever host wins the slot.

See what reminders actually went out

New reminder delivery panel on an appointment showing each reminder, channel, send time, and status β€” plus the SMS credits summary at the top of the workspace

Open any appointment and you can now see the full delivery history of its reminders: which channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp), when each one was sent, and whether it succeeded. If a customer says "I never got a reminder," you can answer instantly instead of guessing.

A new SMS credits summary surfaces remaining credits and recent usage at a glance, so you know whether you're about to run out before the next big booking week. Both views are read-only β€” they're there to give you visibility, not extra clicks.

WhatsApp widget in any language, plus manual automation triggers

The WhatsApp widget on your booking pages now speaks every language your bookers do. Configure greeting, prompt, and button text per locale β€” German visitors get German copy, French visitors get French copy, and the widget falls back to your default language when no override exists.

You can also trigger WhatsApp automations manually from a conversation. Pick the automation, hit send, and your interactive buttons appear in the chat β€” useful for one-off outreach, follow-ups that didn't fit a fixed schedule, or testing a flow before you wire it to a trigger. Combined with conversation actions (assign, mark resolved), the WhatsApp inbox starts feeling more like a real CRM surface.

All Changes

New Features

  • Account-owner matching for round robin: Returning contacts route to their existing account owner instead of through fairness logic.
  • Per-host meeting link overrides: Each host in a round robin queue can use their own conferencing link.
  • Reminder delivery tracking: See which reminders went out, when, and on which channel for any appointment.
  • SMS credits summary: New endpoint surfaces remaining SMS credits and recent usage.
  • WhatsApp widget i18n: Per-locale overrides for greeting, prompt, and button text.
  • Manual WhatsApp automation triggers: Send any WhatsApp automation on demand from a conversation, with interactive buttons.
  • Funnel slide scoring: Assign point values to options on List, Icon, and Image Card slide fields for richer qualification.
  • Per-locale form field placeholders: Each language can have its own placeholder text on form fields.
  • Intercom Messenger integration: Connect Intercom via OAuth and surface meetergo inside the Messenger via Canvas Kit.
  • Full form answers in appointment side drawer: Form submission answers are visible directly in the side drawer instead of behind a click.
  • Multi-channel hint on selection page cards: Bookers see when a meeting type offers multiple channels.
  • Inline-friendly CancellationReasonText tag: New dynamic tag for embedding the cancellation reason inside email body text.
  • Saved views: Persist filter and sort preferences as named views.

Improvements

  • Discount grace period: Post-trial discount window extended to 21 days, with guards against past-expiry dates.
  • Login and signup redesign: New illustrations, better mobile layout, and bundle size cut roughly 50% gzip for faster first paint.
  • Owner is always admin: The company owner can no longer be demoted and now has admin permissions implicitly.
  • AI form generation errors: Generation failures now surface a specific message instead of failing silently.
  • Multi-provider payment validation: Payment selection now validates correctly when multiple providers are enabled.
  • Booking confirmations as inline meeting requests: Confirmations now embed the calendar invite inline so it shows up cleanly in any client.
  • Reply-To on host notifications: Host notification emails set Reply-To to the attendee, so hitting reply lands in the right inbox.
  • Cancelled appointments ignored in duplicate checks: Bookers can rebook a slot they previously cancelled without hitting a duplicate-booking error.
  • No PayPal when total is free: When a coupon brings the total to zero, payment options no longer offer PayPal.
  • No meetergo consent UI on public booking pages: Customer booking pages don't show meetergo's own analytics consent banner anymore.
  • Backward-compatible slug lookup: Older booking links keep resolving after slug normalization changes.
  • Trial reminder dispatch blocked: Trial accounts no longer send reminders, with a clear UI notice explaining why.
  • Structured booking errors: Troubleshoot mode now surfaces specific, client-safe reasons (e.g. BOOKING_AFTER_LIMIT) instead of generic failures.
  • Booking availability cache freshness: Cancelling or rescheduling immediately frees up the slot for new bookers β€” no stale capacity.
  • Zoho CalDAV connect: Per-account CalDAV URL is now accepted, unbreaking Zoho calendar connections.

Fixes

  • Funnel scoring with label-keyed answers: Funnel slide submissions where options are keyed by label now resolve correctly when scoring.
  • Group-slot validation: bookAppointment now passes the queue ID when validating a group-slot join, fixing edge-case rejections.
  • Routing condition gate: The routingForms feature gate now only triggers on actual condition changes, not unrelated edits.
  • Email case-sensitivity: Email input is normalized at the DTO boundary to prevent case-sensitive duplicate accounts.
  • Reschedule modal date handling: Luxon 3.x signature corrected and setZone pattern applied so reschedule reliably picks the right zone.
  • Workspace primary color saves: Null and bare-hex primary colors no longer break workspace saves.
  • Availability slot calendar filter: Slots now filter by the chosen spot's calendar, not the date β€” fixing edge cases in mixed-calendar setups.
  • Soft-deleted group attendees: Scheduled reminders skip soft-deleted group attendees and hosts instead of throwing.
  • WhatsApp delivery failures: Failed sends are now logged with full error details for support and self-debugging.
  • Explicit-availability blocking: Other busy events still block slots when explicit availability is enabled.
  • Empty notification content: Reminders, follow-ups, and SMS with empty content are skipped instead of throwing.
  • Same-company WebSocket auth: Same-company users no longer hit the Connect waitlist due to unauthenticated sockets.
  • Contact email updates: You can now update a contact's email and see a confirmation toast on save.
  • Form CSS persistence: Inline CSS on form CSS settings persists correctly on update.
  • Sender name validation: Host notification sender names are validated to satisfy strict mail providers.
  • Send-form email language: The send-form email is now localized to the recipient's language and uses the form title.
