Frequently asked questions
- What does meetergo see of my calendar?
- Nothing. The analysis runs in your browser. With the Google connection your browser fetches the events from Google directly, without passing through our servers. We store neither events nor titles nor attendees.
- What counts as a meeting?
- Events from the last 28 days with at least two attendees or a video link, between 5 minutes and 8 hours long. All-day, cancelled and declined events are ignored. If the export carries no attendee information, every timed event counts.
- How is the meeting share calculated?
- Meeting hours divided by 160 hours, that is five days of eight hours over four weeks. The yearly projection uses 46 working weeks.
- What is a meeting without an agenda?
- An event whose description is empty or only contains a dial-in link and that has no attachments. The title alone does not count as an agenda.
