What happens to your data

Calendar audit: Runs entirely in your browser. Your events are never sent to meetergo.
Google or Microsoft connection: Read-only access, straight from your browser. It only lives in this tab and is not stored.
Email check: Only what you type or release with a click. We remove addresses, links and numbers first. TypeSafe AI in the US does the check. We store nothing.
Sharing: Only when you share. Calendar links contain numbers only. For a single meeting, the link holds the title and the result.

What does meetergo see of my calendar?: Nothing. The analysis runs in your browser. With the Google connection your browser fetches the events from Google directly, without passing through our servers. We store neither events nor titles nor attendees. The only exception is the optional email check, see below.
What counts as a meeting?: Events from the last 28 days with at least two attendees or a video link, between 5 minutes and 8 hours long. All-day, cancelled and declined events are ignored. If the export carries no attendee information, every timed event counts.
How is the meeting share calculated?: Meeting hours divided by 160 hours, that is five days of eight hours over four weeks. The yearly projection uses 46 working weeks.
What is a meeting without an agenda?: An event whose description is empty or only contains a dial-in link and that has no attachments. The title alone does not count as an agenda.
How does the "could have been an email" check work?: An AI model (Jev by TypeSafe AI) reads the title, agenda, length and headcount and answers fixed questions: Could this be written? Does it need a real conversation? How clear is the purpose? We turn those answers into the percentage. The check only runs when you type something or start it for your calendar. The titles then go to TypeSafe in the US. We remove addresses, links and phone numbers first. We store nothing.
