The booking only exists once the invitee clicks. Every step is logged.
- Confirmation click. The invitee confirms the request with the link in the email.
- Automatic follow-up. Unconfirmed requests get a second email before the deadline.
- Host notice. If a request stays open, you get the name and contact details to follow up.
