Close is a sales CRM for inbound and outbound teams. With the meetergo integration, every booking is mirrored into Close automatically: meetergo creates a contact and a parent lead (the organization), opens an opportunity (deal) in the pipeline and status you choose, and logs the meeting as an activity with start, end, duration and the meeting link. Unlike accounting-only integrations, Close syncs both ways — bookings, reschedules and cancellations update the linked opportunity and meeting in Close, and you can import existing Close contacts and leads into meetergo's own CRM in the other direction. Custom-field mappings are created automatically on first connect. The connection runs over OAuth2, so there is no API key to copy.

How to Connect Close with meetergo

Connect Close via OAuth, choose a pipeline and status, and enable the sync options you want per meeting type.

Open Integrations

Log into meetergo and navigate to Settings > Integrations.

Connect Close via OAuth

Click Connect on Close and authorize meetergo in your Close account. Custom fields are created automatically on first connect.

Choose pipeline & status

Set which pipeline and status new opportunities are created in, and whether bookings attach to existing deals.

Turn on contact, deal and meeting sync for the meeting types you want, then make a test booking.
