Users on the Team plan can now enter their own SMTP credentials and send emails through their own server—a long-awaited feature! In parallel, we've implemented a spam filter to protect our users from spam bookings. Trial and Basic plan users now have additional restrictions, as spammers often use custom templates.
Import Function for Meeting Types
We’re introducing a groundbreaking import feature! When creating new meeting types, you can now click "Import" and enter a booking page or profile URL. This allows you to import multiple meeting types at once. The feature is also available during onboarding for new users. We’ve revamped the onboarding process to make it easier for users to get started.
UI Improvements and Simplified Channels
The workflow UI has been made more consistent. Workflows are now clearer within meeting types and the workflow view. Appointment details are now displayed in a drawer instead of a modal. Our template editor has also been redesigned to simplify the use of dynamic variables.
For location channels, addresses can now be entered in a simple text field. We’ve removed all complex address views to make it easier to use.
