Thanks to your valuable feedback, we’ve completely overhauled the Double Opt-in feature. The most significant change: appointments are now only firmly booked after the participant confirms their email address. This ensures that "zombie appointments" no longer block your availability when participants fail to confirm.
You can now fully customize the Double Opt-in email template to match your branding and language, and even add extra information. The default template has also been revamped for a clearer and more structured layout.
These updates make Double Opt-in a powerful tool for ensuring data privacy compliance. For users who previously disabled this feature, we recommend giving it another try. Of course, it remains optional—you can find all the details in our updated Help Center article.
New Availability UI
The availability view has been completely refreshed! With a modern time and date picker for availability rules, entering data is now faster and more intuitive. Power users can input times lightning-fast, and the new list view for exceptions provides a clearer overview. The updated date selection also makes it easier to define specific periods.
Revamped Business Card Management
The Business Card settings have been fully redesigned. Starting in early 2025, you’ll be able to create business cards for your team members and customize their designs with just a few clicks.
