AI Notes, Everywhere, All in One Place
Since launching the Notetaker last week, one piece of feedback has come through again and again: the transcripts are impressively accurate. That response pushed us to make AI Notes useful for even more meetings. AI Notes is now the shared home for recordings from the Notetaker, meetergo Connect, and meetergo Log. When recording is enabled, Connect calls can be recorded and transcribed without a bot joining. Hosts can control recording inside the call, and the finished recap includes playback, a transcript, and a summary. Recordings made with meetergo Log now appear in the same recap list.
The Notetaker also coordinates meetings more intelligently. If several colleagues join the same external meeting, only one bot joins and the recap is shared with everyone involved. You can choose whether the Notetaker covers all supported calendar meetings or only meetergo bookings, and its settings now save as soon as you change them.
Attendees receive an advance email when a meeting will be recorded. Hosts who already handle this notice themselves can switch the email off. Recording storage is now pooled per licensed seat, and video retention follows your plan. When a video reaches the end of its retention period, its notes, transcript, and summary remain available.
One Inbox for Every Customer Conversation
The Inbox now brings WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, client portal, and email conversations into one consistent workspace. Folders, inboxes, labels, previews, unread counts, and channel indicators make it easier to see what needs attention.
Every conversation uses the same actions for assignment, labels, snoozing, completion, and internal notes. The contact panel keeps customer context beside the thread, so you can respond and update the relationship without moving between separate channel views.
A Dashboard Built Around What Comes Next
Home now leads with your next meeting, a countdown, and the right Join or Call action. The new Needs you area collects work that requires a decision, while setup guidance shows one useful next step at a time.
Calendar replaces the old meeting list with quick date filters, day groups, and visible Notetaker controls. Scheduling now keeps meeting types, bookings, Mira Mail, availability, and routing together as tabs. Settings opens in one focused dialog, and the app directory lets you add, reorder, or remove sidebar apps from one place.
The redesign also preserves filters and drafts more consistently, gives actions clearer feedback, and makes navigation easier on phones.

- Calendar reliability: CalDAV timezone events block availability correctly, and iCloud updates no longer cancel matching appointments.
- Booking calendar navigation: Month controls remain usable when Chrome translation is active, and mobile content no longer sits behind the tab bar.
- Form presentation: Embedded forms resize without internal scrollbars, hidden branding stays hidden on every page, and internal page names are not exposed when no heading is set.
- Form logic: Conditional child options stay hidden when their rules do not match, and help text can be cleared again.
- PDF and signature delivery: Browser-generated PDFs submit reliably, and completed documents reach notification emails and the matching CRM contact.
- Meeting type editing: Meeting types can be duplicated again, and edits preserve descriptions, buffers, allowed durations, and other nested settings.
- Connect recording reliability: Eligible team meetings record correctly, and brief recording startup issues no longer discard the call recording.
- Manual bookings: Manually created appointments can be confirmed when their own time is occupied, including appointments outside normal bookable hours.
- Calendar invite fallback: Hosts receive a valid calendar invitation when the normal calendar write cannot be completed.
- Partner accounts: Partners managing another workspace keep their own profile and personal settings separate from the workspace owner's identity.
- Settings dialogs: Team creation and account deletion confirmations remain visible and interactive above Settings.
- Booking questions: Booking pages only request a phone number when the selected meeting actually needs one.
