We've also optimized the process for you as hosts. Multiple calendar invitations are now a thing of the past. You'll now receive just one invitation and only one notification. Additionally, we've turned off unnecessary notifications for changes or other calendar updates. These improvements are now available for everyone, making your scheduling easier than ever.

This feature will automatically provide you with additional information about your meeting participants, so you can go into every conversation well-prepared and make your workflows more personal than ever.
