When enabled, company information is automatically added based on the participant's email address. You'll receive deep insights such as industry, social media links, and company employee count. In the future, this feature will be expanded: You'll be able to dynamically integrate company information into workflows and notifications. This makes meetergo the most dynamic and personalized scheduling solution on the market. This feature is now available for all Teams users.
Meeting Type Templates: Easy Standardization
Meeting Type templates are now available for all Teams plan users. With this feature, you can create Meeting Types and quickly and easily distribute them to many team members. This lets you standardize appointment scheduling in your organization in no time. You can find detailed instructions here.
Improvements and Bug Fixes
We've also worked on optimizing link previews. Since more people are sharing meetergo links on platforms like LinkedIn or Slack, we've improved and personalized the appearance. The outdated banner image has been removed, the description revised, and minor improvements made for X/Twitter. We continue to work on enabling full customization of previews in the future.
Additional improvements include fixing the default time zone in some regions like India and New Zealand. Additionally, Exchange issues affecting some users were resolved last week.
