Create an OpenTalk room with a guest invite link for every booking. Works with your own OpenTalk server and with SovereignDesk.
Connect your OpenTalk server to meetergo and use OpenTalk as the venue for your meeting types. For every booking, meetergo creates an OpenTalk room and a guest invite, then adds the guest link to the confirmation. Attendees join in the browser and do not need an OpenTalk account. meetergo talks to your OpenTalk controller through its API and signs in with a service user via Keycloak. SovereignDesk uses OpenTalk for video, so the same setup works there too.

How It Works
Connect OpenTalk to meetergo
You need the API details of your OpenTalk instance. Your OpenTalk administrator or hosting provider can give them to you.
Gather your OpenTalk details
Collect the controller URL, web URL, Keycloak token URL, client ID, the client secret if your client needs one, and the email and password of a service user.
Connect OpenTalk in meetergo
Open Integrations & Apps, select OpenTalk, fill in the fields, and click Connect. You then see a Connected status.
Choose OpenTalk as the venue
Open a meeting type, select OpenTalk in the Venue section, and save. New bookings then get an OpenTalk room and guest link.
