Sync your Gmail email with the meetergo CRM. Every email with a contact is filed on that contact and their deal automatically.
With the Gmail integration, meetergo reads the email between you and your CRM contacts and files each message on the contact it belongs to, and on that contact's deal. The whole history sits on the record without any copying. You connect the same Google account you use for your calendar and grant one extra read permission for email. No password needed. meetergo stores the subject, sender, recipients, time and a short preview. The message text is fetched from Gmail when you open it and is not stored. Syncing runs every 30 minutes. Works with Gmail and Google Workspace, included from the Suite plan or with a Sales CRM license.

How It Works
How to connect Gmail to the meetergo CRM
Give meetergo read access to your Gmail mailbox and find the email history on your contacts.
Open Integrations
Click Integrations in the sidebar and search for email sync. Pick the Gmail Email Sync tile.
Grant mail access
If your Google account is already connected for your calendar, click Grant mail access. Google then asks for the one extra read permission.
See the history
Open a contact in the CRM and switch to Activity. The email history is at the bottom. Sync fetches new email right away.
