GDPR-compliant hosting in Germany – that was my most important criterion. Unlike many US alternatives, meetergo stores data on German servers. No more manual scheduling: clients book their appointments themselves, matching my actual availability.

In just 4 weeks, I was able to conduct over 25 meetings with very little effort. It was important to me that the platform operates in Europe with data protection compliance. The feature set keeps growing while the core functionality remains intuitive.

Great design, easy to use, excellent round-robin capability to showcase our team's specialized skills. Also great support. There's absolutely nothing to complain about and I would recommend it.

No more email ping-pong and double bookings – candidates and companies book directly into my real availability. Instead of 'When would you have time?' I send a structured booking link. Data protection is taken seriously, servers are located in Germany.

Didn't think a tool could change so much. We now get more appointments with the right people and have to do much less manually. The support is friendly, but once it took a bit longer to get a response.
