How PDF Templates Work
Upload Your PDF
Upload your contract, consent form, or intake document as a PDF to the meetergo template editor.
Place Fields
Define where booking data should appear — name, date, service — and optionally add a signature field.
Assign to Event Type
Link the template to one or more appointment types. The template activates automatically on each new booking.
Client Receives Filled PDF
The client receives the auto-filled PDF after booking. They can sign it with FES if a signature field is included.
