From LinkedIn profile to CRM contact in one click
You are looking at a profile, you click “Add to CRM”, and the person is in the meetergo CRM with photo, role, company, experience, education, skills and languages. Existing contacts are updated, not duplicated. Every field shows where it came from.

No retyping, no duplicates, no black box
The Chrome extension reads the profile you have open. Nothing more, nothing less.
One click on the profile
The “Add to CRM” button sits in the LinkedIn profile’s button row, beside “More”. Afterwards you open the contact with “Open in CRM”.
Existing contacts are recognised
Name and company are enough to find a person again, even when LinkedIn exposes no email. “Update in CRM” adds to the existing record instead of creating a second one.
Every field with its source
Role, company and experience are tagged “LinkedIn”. Values your team entered by hand are kept when you update.
No crawling, no email discovery
The extension reads only the profile you opened yourself. There is no bulk crawling and no search for email addresses.
How a profile gets into the CRM
Four steps, no forms.
Install the extension
Load the Chrome extension and sign in with your meetergo account. One account, one active copy.
Open a profile
Open a profile on LinkedIn as usual. The meetergo button appears in the button row.
Add to CRM
One click saves photo, role, company and the LinkedIn section with experience, education, skills and languages.
Update later
When something changes, click “Update in CRM”. Same contact, no duplicate.
1The profile you are looking at is the contact your team works with
After saving, the person lives in the shared CRM: photo, current role, company and a dedicated LinkedIn section. Deals, notes, meetings and tasks attach to that record from now on.
- Photo, role, company and LinkedIn URL on the contact
- Experience, education, skills and languages, as far as the profile shows them
- Saving from the extension is free on every plan
2Fetch from LinkedIn: profile details for contacts already in the CRM
A contact without LinkedIn data? “Fetch from LinkedIn” looks for the matching profile. If several candidates appear, you pick the person. If none is found, you supply the known profile URL.
- Candidate list for multiple matches, profile URL as fallback
- Fetched fields are tagged as LinkedIn-sourced, manual values stay put
- “Find on LinkedIn” opens the browser route when no lookups are available
3Skills: call prep straight on the record
Under “Skills” you install “Call prep”, for example, and start it with “Run on…” for a contact or deal. The brief is built from the record’s real context: notes, visits, deal stage, LinkedIn section.
- Skills run on contacts and deals
- A brief from the actual record, not from an empty template
- Follow-ups stay drafts until you release them
Saving is free. Lookups have a monthly allowance.
