Last week, we released a major update with the new booking page and digital business card. Thanks to your valuable feedback, we’ve made many improvements to make your experience with Meetergo even better. Here’s a look at the new features and optimizations that await you!
Improvements to the New Booking Page
- Pre-selection of the Default Channel: Now, your preferred communication channel is automatically pre-selected when multiple channels are available. This saves time and makes the booking process more intuitive.
- More Beautiful and Memorable Time Suggestion URLs: The new time suggestions are not only smarter but also more user-friendly. URLs are now generated that are easy to read and share—perfect for professional communication. Learn more about the new time suggestions.
- Double Opt-In Support: Security comes first: the new booking page now supports a double opt-in flow to ensure that appointments are only confirmed with participants who have confirmed their email. This leads to fewer no-shows and greater commitment.
- Team and Round-Robin Booking Pages: Your team organization just got easier: both team and round-robin booking pages are now supported on the new booking page, optimizing the distribution of appointments within the team.

Improvements for the Digital Business Card
- Optimized for Different Screen Sizes: The digital business card display has been adapted for different devices to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Fixed Linking Issues: Some minor linking issues have been fixed to ensure everything works smoothly.
New Dynamic Placeholders
We’ve introduced two new dynamic placeholders that make scheduling even easier:
{!M.Meeting.Venue}: This placeholder automatically combines options like links, locations, or phone numbers and always shows the correct meeting place based on the chosen channel. This means calendar invitations are always correct, even if the channel changes.{!M.Host.Phone}: This placeholder ensures you always have the host’s phone number on hand without any manual adjustments.
Connection Optimizations and More
- Nextcloud Integration Fixed: Some users were experiencing issues with the Nextcloud connection. This has now been fixed, and all accounts are functioning smoothly. Learn more about Nextcloud integration.
- CalDAV Renamed to "Other Calendars": To make it easier to use, we’ve renamed CalDAV to "Other Calendars." You’ll now find this feature more easily and can sync calendars with ease.
- Expanded CSV Export: The CSV export now also supports participant phone numbers, making it easier to process contact data and import it into your CRM.
- Improved Evalanche Integration: Meetergo can now send phone numbers directly to Evalanche, making your marketing automation even more efficient.
- Accessibility Improvements: We’ve improved the accessibility of the old booking page by optimizing tab navigation, ensuring all users can navigate the booking options comfortably.

- When only one channel is available, it can now be changed directly without having to add a new one and delete the old one.
- We’ve optimized some icons and made the visuals more attractive to make navigation even more intuitive.
