Partner Access: Manage Multiple Companies From One Account
Partners can now access and manage multiple meetergo companies without logging in and out. When you're added as a partner to another company, a company switcher appears in the sidebar. Select a company to switch into their context — you'll see a banner confirming which company you're viewing, with a quick link back to your home account.
Partner invitations use a dedicated invite flow with their own email templates. Security-sensitive actions like API key management, webhook configuration, and ownership transfers are automatically blocked for partner users, so company owners stay in control of their account.
AI Form Builder: Create Routing Forms With a Prompt
You can now describe the form you need in plain language and let AI build it for you. The new AI form builder supports routing forms and multi-step funnels — just describe what you want, review the preview, and publish.
The builder supports iterative editing: ask it to add a field, change the routing logic, or restructure the flow, and it updates the form in place. No drag-and-drop required.
Group Appointments: Smarter Availability & Per-Slot Capacity
Group appointment slots that already have at least one booking now respect your availability settings. Blocked dates and minimum notice time are applied when displaying these slots, so customers won't see partially-booked slots that fall on dates you've blocked or within your minimum booking window.
You can also now adjust the number of available spots on individual group appointment slots. Open any group appointment and edit the capacity directly — useful when you need to limit or expand a specific session without changing the meeting type default.
Note: Existing group slots with bookings that fall on blocked dates or within your minimum notice window will no longer appear as bookable to new participants.

- Username validation: Unavailable usernames are now properly rejected instead of silently renamed.
- Calendar deduplication: External calendar events are only hidden when they have the exact same start and end time as a meetergo appointment.
- Google account reconnection: You can now reconnect the same Google account without needing a forced reauth.
- Embedded funnel redirects: Fixed a crash when redirecting from embedded funnels with query parameters.
- Impersonation token refresh: Admin impersonation sessions no longer break when the background token refresh fires.
- Account switching: Stale data from a previous account no longer persists after switching.
