You'll then see this information in the cancellation notification – handy for better planning!

Good news for everyone who likes to reuse templates: The duplication of Meeting Types and routing forms now works flawlessly. As an extra treat, when duplicating Meeting Types, you can now move them directly to a different team. This saves time and makes organizing your appointments even more flexible – perfect for productive summer days in the office or relaxed working from the terrace.
By the way: Next week it gets even better! We're optimizing calendar invitations so that you as a host won't be flooded with excessive notifications or duplicate calendar invites anymore. Plus, appointments will automatically be deleted from your participants' calendars when they cancel – even without a direct calendar connection. This keeps your schedule as fresh and tidy as a well-maintained summer garden.
