meetergo now includes a full CRM system with deals, pipelines, contacts, and task management—available as a separate add-on. Plus: improved host confirmation workflow with decline options, and different availability for each meeting channel.
Built-in CRM with Deals, Pipelines & Contact Management

meetergo now offers a complete CRM system built right into your workspace. Track deals through customizable pipelines, manage company and contact records, assign tasks, and keep notes—all without switching tools.
The CRM includes:
- Deals & Pipelines: Create custom pipeline stages and drag deals through your sales process
- Companies & Contacts: Store contact information with automatic sync from bookings
- Tasks & Notes: Assign follow-ups and keep conversation history attached to contacts
- Activity Tracking: See a complete timeline of interactions with each contact
- Custom Fields: Form data from bookings automatically syncs to contact records
The CRM is available as a separate add-on with per-seat billing. Activate it from your subscription settings and add seats for team members who need access.
Improved Host Confirmation Workflow

Host confirmation bookings now give you more control. When a booking request comes in, you can:
- Decline with a reason: Click "Decline" and optionally explain why—the guest receives a notification with your message
- Let it expire automatically: Bookings that aren't confirmed expire after your configured time (default 72 hours)
- Get expiry warnings: Receive a notification 1 hour before a booking is about to expire
Expired and declined bookings are handled automatically, with notifications sent to both hosts and guests.
Different Availability for Each Meeting Channel

You can now set different availability schedules for each meeting channel. For example:
- Offer Zoom calls Monday–Friday 9am–5pm
- Offer phone calls only Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
- Keep in-person meetings limited to Wednesday mornings
When a guest selects a channel during booking, they see only the time slots available for that specific channel. This is configured per meeting type under the channel settings.
