Creating a new meeting type used to mean clicking through multiple settings pages and figuring out what each option does. Now you can simply describe what you need.

Open the AI assistant and tell it what kind of meeting you want to create: "I need a 30-minute discovery call for new leads" or "Create a team standup that rotates between my developers." The assistant asks clarifying questions about duration, availability, team members, and integrations—then configures everything for you.

The AI can also suggest power-ups based on your use case. For sales calls, it might recommend lead enrichment or email quality guard. For customer success meetings, it could suggest enabling intro videos. You stay in control—review the suggestions and apply what makes sense.

Edit Existing Meeting Types

Already have meeting types set up? The AI assistant can help you modify them too. Open an existing meeting type and ask the assistant to make changes: "Add a 15-minute buffer after each meeting" or "Change this to a round-robin between Sarah and Mike."

The assistant understands your current configuration and makes targeted updates without touching settings you didn't mention. Need to add a new duration option with different pricing? Just describe what you want and the AI handles the details.
