By registering for meetergo, you use the online scheduling service provided by meetergo GmbH. The basic account is free of charge.
As part of your usage, we occasionally send you emails about our service, new features, and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What data we collect during registration:
- Email address: For account management and service communication
- First and last name: For personalized communication and account management
- Password: Encrypted storage for account access
- IP address: For verification and registration security

- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) for provision of the meetergo service and account management
- Section 7(3) UWG (German Unfair Competition Act – existing customer privilege) for emails about our service and similar products – confirmed by CJEU ruling C-654/23 of 13 November 2025, which established that free registration for a digital service triggers the existing customer privilege
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) in conjunction with Recital 47 GDPR as a supplementary data protection basis for direct marketing

- Provision of the meetergo service and account management (contract performance)
- Emails about product updates, new features, usage tips, and related topics (existing customer privilege)
- Marketing communication for additional meetergo products and services (legitimate interest)

You may object to receiving emails at any time, free of charge, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Your meetergo account remains unaffected.

Your data will be stored until your account is deleted or until you object to its use for marketing purposes.
