Connect Close as your CRM and import contacts with full mapping for owners, meeting types, and companies, so your spreadsheet lands ready to use.
Close CRM Integration
Close joins Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Salesforce as a first-class CRM integration. Connect your Close workspace via OAuth, map your pipelines and statuses, and meetergo will sync contacts, create deals, and log meeting activity automatically.
Account-owner matching also looks up Close contact owners now, so if the booking attendee is already assigned to a sales rep in Close, the meeting routes to that rep just like it does for the other CRMs. Field mapping lets you push booking answers into Close custom fields without scripts.
Advanced CSV Contact Import
The CSV importer in the CRM is much more powerful. Beyond names and emails, you can now map four additional columns:
- Account owner by email — assign each imported contact to the right team member.
- Meeting type by name or ID — useful when you're prepping a list for a specific campaign or workflow.
- CRM company by name or ID — link contacts to existing companies, and any company name that doesn't exist yet gets created automatically so the import doesn't fail.
- Additional data — extra freeform columns land in the contact's custom data block.
The review step now shows row-level errors inline below each contact instead of hiding them in a tooltip, so you can fix issues before importing without guessing. Lookups are case-insensitive and scoped to your workspace.
All Changes
New Features
- Close CRM integration: Full OAuth, contact sync, deal creation, meeting activity logging, and field mapping for Close.com.
- Advanced CSV contact import: Map account owners, meeting types, and CRM companies in your spreadsheet; unknown companies are auto-created.
- Plain-text email mode: Workspace toggle to send all outgoing emails as plain text instead of HTML, for recipients on mail systems that mangle HTML or for accessibility/compliance needs.
- Deal stage quick-move menu: Move a deal between Kanban stages from the card dropdown without dragging, with color indicators and required-field validation.
- Horizontal auto-scroll in Deal Kanban: Dragging a card near the edge of the board now scrolls the columns automatically.
- CRM contact search now covers notes and company name: Search matches against notes and the linked company, not just contact fields.
- SmartWe calendar appointments link to CRM contacts: New SmartWe bookings attach the calendar event to the matching CRM contact via the dossier.
- Skip-cache flag on calendar connections: Operators can request a fresh fetch for Apple, CalDAV, and Exchange connections when debugging sync issues.
Improvements
- Round-robin host picker respects buffer-within-working-hours: Queue-based meeting types with the buffer constraint no longer falsely reject every host when the buffer would land outside the work block.
- Booking page footer prefers verified contact email: The "powered by" footer shows the host's verified reply-to address when one is set.
- Company users queries deduplicated: Pages that load workspace member lists fetch them once per request instead of repeatedly.
- Cancellation emails clear the recurring series block: Cancelled recurring bookings no longer show stale "next occurrence" info in the email.
Fixes
- Booking pages no longer 404 from orphan resource_channel rows: Soft-deleted users leaving behind resource rows no longer break the booking page for the active host.
- Pending booking requests visible to the right approvers: Pending request access now matches the rules for confirmed appointments, so the people who can approve them can actually see them.
- Plain-text email body never replaced with a placeholder: Empty email bodies no longer get auto-filled with placeholder text on send.
- SmartWe calendar dates sent in UTC: SmartWe no longer misinterprets event times because dates are now converted to UTC before the API call.
- SMTP-strict providers accept booking emails: Email payloads use CRLF line endings, so providers that strictly enforce SMTP no longer reject confirmations.
- Federated identity link failures handled gracefully: Google or Microsoft signin no longer dead-ends when the identity link step fails.
- Cognito email drift no longer flips verified users to unverified: Email mismatches between Cognito and the database no longer mark verified accounts as unverified.
- Cognito ghost cleanup matches on sub instead of email: Cleanup of stale Cognito identities now uses the immutable user ID to avoid touching the wrong account.
- PayPal booking shows a full-page spinner: Customers see clear loading feedback while the PayPal booking is created.
- CRM contact search 500 fixed: Searches no longer error out due to an unquoted SQL alias.
- Apple/CalDAV connections work in the v4 booking flow: V4 booking endpoints now load Apple and CalDAV connections correctly.
- Booking-check container expanded for edge cases: Slot availability checks use a wider container so buffer rules don't shrink the window below the slot length.
- Review stats bar hidden when there are no reviews: Hosts without reviews no longer see an empty stats bar on their booking page.
