We stand firmly alongside privacy advocates like Max Schrems and NOYB in the belief that your data belongs to you. Amidst these legislative debates, our team has been heads-down, focusing on what we do best: building a secure, privacy-first scheduling platform that protects your information rather than exploiting it.

🎨 Color Customization for Meeting Types
Visual organization is key to productivity. You can now assign specific colors to your different meeting types. This isn't just aesthetic; it helps you instantly recognize what kind of day you have ahead when glancing at your calendar or booking page. Whether it’s a blue "Discovery Call" or a red "Urgent Support," you can now style your scheduling to match your workflow.
☁️ Salesforce Integration (Enterprise)
For our enterprise customers, the new Salesforce integration is a massive upgrade. We now support full synchronization for Leads, Cases, and Opportunities. We’ve added smart duplicate detection to keep your CRM clean, "Studio" support to map meetings to specific workspaces, and Sandbox environment support for testing.
🛡️ Exchange Service Accounts
Security compliance is a major hurdle for large organizations. We have introduced Service Account support for Microsoft Exchange. This allows enterprises to authenticate via a central service account using impersonation, eliminating the need to store individual user credentials on our servers. It is a major win for both security and compliance.
🌐 Dedicated IP for Exchange & SMTP (Enterprise)
We have expanded our dedicated IP offering. Enterprise customers can now utilize a dedicated IP address not just for Exchange integrations, but also for custom SMTP email sending. This ensures maximum deliverability and connectivity, keeping your traffic isolated and reputable.
📹 meetergo connect Stability
We received a lot of feedback regarding our peer-to-peer (P2P) video solution. While P2P is excellent for privacy, it can be unstable on certain corporate networks. We have rolled out significant improvements to meetergo connect to ensure high-quality, stable video calls without sacrificing the privacy-first architecture you rely on.

🧩 Enhancements & Fixes
Here is the full list of improvements and adjustments we've made to the platform:
Booking Experience & Availability
- Troubleshoot Mode: Our "Troubleshoot Mode"—which highlights unavailable slots and schedule gaps—is now fully compatible with the new booking page design.
- Basic Plan Rescheduling: The "Reschedule" feature is now available for users on the Basic plan.
- Round Robin Logic: Fixed an issue where Round Robin scheduling wouldn't fall back to default availability correctly when individual availability was exhausted.
- Timezones: Fixed multiple edge cases regarding timezone logic, specifically for users crossing Daylight Savings Time boundaries and global host links.
- Availability Display: Improved the microcopy and logic for how availability is displayed to your clients.
- Booking Limits: Added better validation and error handling for email booking limits
- Language Support: Added Turkish language support 🇹🇷 and fixed login issues for users with de-CH (Swiss German) locale.
User Interface & Settings
- Form Redesign: We redesigned the form field options with a cleaner, card-based layout and improved copy functionality.
- Unsaved Changes: Added navigation warnings so you don't accidentally lose your work when leaving a settings page without saving.
- Meeting Type Ordering: You can now reorder how meeting types appear on your personal page.
- Business Cards: You can now show all meeting types on your business card, and we improved vCard generation (better image cropping).
- Review Button: The "Review Request" email button is now fully localized.
- Privacy Options: Added an option to hide the Data Policy checkbox in company settings.
Integrations & Payments
- Stripe & PayPal: Hardened payment integrations to accept pending order statuses (preventing failed bookings) and improved tax calculations.
- Zoom: Fixed an issue where creating meetings with very long descriptions caused errors.
- Teams: Fixed an issue where Teams availability was displaying incorrectly for some users.
- Superchat: Implemented pagination for template fetching and better step-function scheduling.
- ICS/Calendar: Improved .ics file generation for better compatibility with Outlook and other external calendars.
Admin & Security
- Spam Prevention: We have been fighting spam attacks heavily and have implemented significant measures to prevent abuse of the platform and protect your booking pages.
- Admin Tools: Fixed an issue where admins couldn't edit another SSO user's profile.
- Performance: Significant optimizations to the booking page load times, API response times, and database queries.
