Meeting Type Bundles
You can now group multiple meeting types into a single bookable bundle. This is perfect for multi-step consultations, onboarding sequences, or service packages that naturally flow together.
When a customer books a bundle, all included meeting types are scheduled back-to-back with the right hosts assigned automatically. Pricing combines across all items, and availability is calculated to find slots where everyone is free.
Bundles support round-robin host assignment, localized names and descriptions for international teams, and category organization to keep your booking page clean.
Recurring & Multi-Slot Booking
Customers can now book recurring appointments directly from your booking page. Whether it's weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, or a custom schedule, the entire series is created in one booking flow.
Multi-slot booking lets customers reserve several individual time slots at once—useful for training sessions, interview rounds, or any scenario where someone needs multiple separate appointments.
Both features include series management: customers receive a single confirmation with all dates, and canceling works at the series or individual appointment level.
Exchange Server SE Support
With Exchange 2016 and 2019 reaching end of life in October 2025, many organizations are migrating to Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE). meetergo now fully supports Exchange Server SE—calendar sync works automatically without any manual configuration.
