It’s official: Our native app is available now for iOS and Android. You now carry your scheduling command center right in your pocket. Check upcoming appointments, manage bookings, or spontaneously share your link – all on the go, optimized for your smartphone.

🎹 New Branding Editor: Your Look, Made Easy

We know your booking page needs to represent your brand. Until now, deeper customizations often required CSS knowledge. We are changing that today.

With our new Style Editor, you can visually adjust the look of your booking page – completely without code. Change colors, fonts, and layout with a live preview. Your brand, your style, in just a few clicks.

💳 Google Wallet & Digital Business Cards

Networking has never been easier. After already supporting Apple Wallet, we are now following suit for all Android users: You can now add your digital meetergo business card directly to Google Wallet.

The best part: You can add the card to your wallet directly via the new mobile app. This way, you have your QR code ready to scan and book at every meeting instantly.

Beyond the big headlines, we have made numerous improvements under the hood:

Booking Page & Performance

  • Improved Booking Page: The new, faster booking page is now officially the standard for all users.
  • Round Robin Speed: We have significantly improved the calculation speed for availability in Round Robin teams. Your clients will see free slots even faster now.
  • Instant Booker: The Instant Booker now allows for flexible workflows, e.g., booking paid meeting types where the payment needs to be skipped in individual cases.

Team & Administration

  • Meeting Templates: A big update for teams: Changes to meeting templates can now be applied directly to all managed meeting pages. This saves admins a massive amount of time.
  • Contacts without Email: You can now create and import contacts even without an email address – handy for phone-only leads.
  • Admin UI: Company settings and admin interfaces have been redesigned, offering a modern, card-based layout for a better overview.

Integrations

  • Sally: We welcome Sally as a new integration to our family.
  • Superchat: You can now specifically select the WhatsApp channel when using Superchat.
  • PayPal: We have increased reliability. If the frontend ever hangs during a payment, the booking will now reliably complete in the background.
  • Outlook: Fixed an issue with querying Outlook calendars in specific timezones.
