File Uploads for Booking Forms

One of our most requested features is here: attendees can now upload files directly through your booking forms. Whether you need contracts, portfolios, medical documents, or ID verification—you can collect it all during the booking process.
How it works
Add a file field to any meeting type's booking form. You control exactly what's allowed:
- File types: Restrict to specific extensions (PDF only, images only, or any combination)
- File size: Set maximum file size per upload
- File count: Allow single or multiple file uploads

Files upload immediately when selected, so attendees see instant feedback. After booking, files appear in your booking details and can be included in confirmation emails and workflow notifications.
File Library

All uploaded files—both from attendees and your own uploads—are organized in your new File Library. Search by filename, filter by file type, and quickly find what you need across all your bookings.
You can also upload your own files to attach to workflow emails and notifications. Add contracts, welcome packets, or preparation documents that automatically go out with your booking confirmations.
Storage Management

Your plan includes storage for uploaded files. Track your usage in the billing section and purchase additional storage anytime—no need to contact support or upgrade your entire plan.
You'll receive an automatic email notification when you reach 80% of your storage limit, so you're never caught off guard.
SMS Credits: View Balance & Purchase Anytime

Managing SMS credits just got easier. You can now see your current credit balance directly in your billing settings—no more guessing how many credits you have left.
Need more credits? Purchase them instantly with a few clicks. Choose the quantity you need and add credits on your own schedule, without waiting for support.
Coming Soon: Reserve with Google

We're preparing an integration with Google's Reserve platform. Once available, your booking pages can appear directly in Google Maps and Search results, making it easier for new clients to find and book with you.
