Remember that calendar upgrade from last week? We've now supercharged it with major improvements to the Instant Booker! The booking experience is significantly better for your clients, with a cleaner interface and faster performance.

Now you can click anywhere on your calendar and book an appointment for an existing contact in just a few clicks. This improvement is a game-changer for teams, especially call centers where staff need to find available appointments quickly while on a call with clients.

Several issues have been resolved including channel selection problems, making the Instant Booker more reliable than ever. The streamlined process saves precious seconds on every booking – much like finding the shortest route through a crowded Karneval street party!

Clearer Data Fields and Updated Settings Design

Managing your data fields just got a whole lot easier. The data field UI has been improved to make it crystal clear when you're adding a new data field versus using an existing one. No more confusion about whether you're creating duplicates or selecting fields you've already set up.

The settings design has also been refreshed to match the polished look of the rest of the app. Everything feels more cohesive now, with intuitive navigation and better organization of options. Inviting new users to your meetergo account is now more convenient. After sending an invitation, the invitation links are immediately displayed so they can be manually shared right away. This small but mighty change means you don't have to wait for the system to send emails if you're already in contact with the person – just copy the link and send it through your preferred messaging app for instant access.

Accessibility and Bug Fixes

meetergo is committed to making the platform accessible to everyone. This update includes WCAG compatibility improvements for the new booking page, ensuring that people using assistive technologies can navigate and use our platform with ease.
