Information About the Authenticity of Our Reviews

Review Verification

We do not conduct separate verification of reviews. Therefore, we cannot immediately ensure that all displayed reviews come from consumers who have actually used our services. All visitors to our website can submit reviews for us or our offerings without requiring a user account.

Reviews without client reference are deleted immediately upon discovery. Affected customers can report false reviews to reviews@meetergo.com.

Handling Suspicious Reviews

When we become aware of questionable, reported, or suspicious reviews that may not come from our clients, we carry out the following steps:

Manual verification using the username/real name to check if a client relationship existed.
Plausibility check to determine if the date and location of the alleged service delivery could match the review submission.
Verification whether the specific content of the review matches the individual client case.

Translations

For better understanding, some reviews have been translated from German to English and vice versa. You can find the original version on OMR Reviews, Google, and Trustpilot, or on the respective platform.

We would like to point out that despite the measures mentioned above, we cannot guarantee that every single review comes from an actual customer. However, we strive to ensure the most authentic picture of our customer reviews possible through the described processes. The respective platforms are solely responsible for the authenticity of external reviews (e.g., Google, OMR, Trustpilot). We have no influence on their verification processes.
